The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could be gearing up for a hotel betrayal in Milan. The trip for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) civil ceremony could spell trouble for these tempted exes.
This storyline seems to be building in the direction of a reunion for Jack and Phyllis. Since Jack’s had such bad luck with women in recent years, it’s not surprising that Y&R’s revisiting a popular and successful pairing of his.
It’s time for Jack to hopefully find some happiness again – and Phyllis may be just the woman to help him do that.
The show’s been playing up Jack and Phyllis’ lingering love for each other – plus, Nick’s battling his own concerns about the sizzle in his relationship not being enough.
It’s fine for Nick and Phyllis to enjoy their passionate encounters, but it won’t last without the proper depth to back it up.
SOD’s return announcement for Kyle and Summer said they were “returning to Genoa City” this October, but all signs point to this visit happening in Italy instead.
There’s been a ton of talk about this civil ceremony taking place in Milan, so it’ll be a weird letdown if it doesn’t happen.
It’s possible there’ll be a change of plans at the last minute, but it’s also possible SOD simply used “returning to Genoa City” when they really meant returning to the show in general.
In that case, the door is certainly open for Summer and Kyle’s civil ceremony to actually go down in Milan.
Of course, that would present the opportunity for a steamy love affair between Jack and Phyllis.
The romantic backdrop and warm fuzzies over their kids getting married could be contributing factors.
There’ll be some conflict between Nick and Phyllis as we build up to this wedding event, so that could play a role in pushing her toward Jack as well.
Phyllis just might be poised for a hot night in a private hotel suite with her former flame!
Will Jack and Phyllis reconnect in the bedroom while they’re on this trip to celebrate “Skyle’s” marriage?
