The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) video project may be a disaster if Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) plots public humiliation for the new on-camera personality. Let’s consider how things might go down once jealous, scheming Chelsea hits the canvas again.
Y&R fans know Sally made quite a name for herself with that wedding dress stunt she pulled. Sally took a gamble that paid off, but it had less to do with luck and more to do with her talent.
Of course, Sally’s determination was also a huge factor in making her the talk of the design world.
Now everyone’s buzzing – and not just about Newman Media. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) acknowledged that people are interested in Sally herself and the success story she’s creating.
Since Adam wants to capitalize on Sally’s popularity and keep her name in the fashion news, he’s ready to move forward with plans to make Sally an on-camera personality. This has been brought up multiple times, so it seems like Y&R could be building to something important.
Sally and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are collaborating on this video project that’ll make Sally the star of the fashion platform – at least that’s the goal!
Naturally, Chelsea may have a very different goal in mind once she comes back in the picture.
During the week of December 6-10, Sally will feel like she’s got a good grasp on the project she’s set to tackle.
There’s never a shortage of confidence when it comes to Sally, so she’ll have high hopes about her on-camera debut.
We can’t help but notice the unfortunate timing since Chelsea will return starting December 14. The puzzle pieces are coming together for Sally to be on cloud nine before Chelsea causes her to crash and burn.
There’s no guarantee that’s how it’ll play out, but Chelsea will surely make a big splash with her comeback.
The timing fits for Chelsea to perhaps resort to a little sabotage – maybe even with the goal of eventually swooping in and taking over that on-camera spot herself.
Regardless, Chelsea will head back to Genoa City and no doubt begin her efforts to make Sally miserable.
Sally and Chelsea are bound to be worthy adversaries, so some fun stuff should be in the works as they spar over Adam and the limelight.
