The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) fire may reignite! They just can’t seem to escape their mutual passion, so Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) may face his worst betrayal yet.
Y&R fans know Sharon has been trying to stay strong, but her defenses are already weakening when it comes to her magnetic ex.
Adam stopped by the coffeehouse recently and admitted he missed Sharon. He also talked about how much he values Sharon’s opinion of him, so Sharon quickly became unsettled.
That’s because Sharon can feel the lingering spark just as much as Adam can – the spark that never fully goes away no matter how much they try to fight it.
The show sent Rey and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) out of town together, so that’s been giving Sharon and Adam this time to reconnect.
The Young and the Restless spoilers have already been hinting at temptation for Adam and Sharon this summer. These former flames will find that running away from their old connection isn’t as easy as they thought it’d be.
We’re already seeing signs of that since Sharon and Adam separately had several flashbacks of powerful moments between them.
With Chelsea and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) out of the picture for a while, Adam will have some extra time on his hands. He’ll no doubt find himself hanging out with Sharon more and more.
It doesn’t look like any lines will be crossed while Chelsea and Rey are gone, but this could still be a significant turning point.
Adam has tried to let go of Sharon, but is that really possible? Will Adam’s deep feelings leave him increasingly desperate for a Sharon reunion?
Adam often trusts his heart rather than his head in situations like this. Logic and morals sometimes go right out the window when it comes to Adam going after what he craves.
The last thing Sharon wants is to jeopardize her marriage again, but that’s exactly what she’ll do if she gets swept up in her old burning desires for Adam.
Sharon and Adam’s temptation could be stronger than ever soon – and that means they could do more than just steal a kiss this time!
Perhaps a steamy “Shadam” bedroom session could be next if Y&R finally goes all the way. A cheating scandal like that would end Sharon and Rey’s relationship for good.
It wouldn’t be a bad idea to ditch “Shey” and just move on with other pairings, so maybe that’s where this story’s headed.
