The Young and the Restless Spoilers Update: Monday, March 29 – Faith’s Tragic Accident – Adam Hides from DA – Chelsea Delighted

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, March 29, teases that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will insist that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) has to help him find Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

Rey will push Sharon to really think about this and will keep asking questions, so a riled Sharon will wonder if this is an interrogation.

Sharon will eventually offer Kansas as a suggestion for where Adam might be. Rey will counter that it’s the first place the cops would look, so he won’t think Adam would go back there. As Rey keeps trying to get to the bottom of all this, Sharon will still seem doubtful about Adam’s guilt.

That’ll rub Rey the wrong way, but he’ll assure Sharon there’s a whole lot of evidence backing him up. When Rey heads for the door, Sharon will ask where he’s going. Rey will declare that he’s going to find Adam himself and will wind up at Society soon after.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be sitting at the bar when Rey approaches looking for Adam. Y&R spoilers say Rey will bring Victor up to speed on Adam’s attempted murder charges.

There’s a warrant out for Adam’s arrest after targeting Rey, but Victor will shut down the idea that Adam acted out of some vendetta.

Victor will suggest that Rey concocted all this to protect his vulnerable marriage and will insist Adam’s been home with debilitated Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) – the woman he loves.

Rey will point out that Adam ran out on Chelsea the moment he knew he was going to get caught.

Rey will seem suspicious of Victor and will warn that he’ll charge him with aiding and abetting if he’s hiding Adam. Victor will make it clear that Rey needs to watch it. He’ll let Rey know he should NEVER threaten him again.

Once Victor struts out of the restaurant, Rey will head to the coffeehouse and find DA Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). Rey will hope the case is strong enough to sink Adam – and that they can get to him before Victor takes Adam off the map.

Michael and Rey will at least think it’s good that the airfields are being watched to prevent Adam from flying.

At The Grand Phoenix, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will call Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and get sent to voicemail. Meanwhile, Faith will look miserable as she sits in the stables.

Faith will burst into tears all over again as her phone blows up with messages about what a gullible loser she is.

Faith will snatch up the booze bottle stole and prepare to throw it back. As for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll call out to Faith and discover she’s not in the living room or anywhere nearby.

Nikki will gaze at the bar and look concerned over the tequila bottle that’s now gone.

Since this is serious business, Nikki will pay Sharon a visit to admit Faith is missing – and so is a bottle of tequila. Sharon will blast Nikki for letting her little girl get her hands on alcohol.

After learning the reason for all this is Jordan’s catfish trick, Sharon will call Faith to leave her a message and then dial Nick.

After Nick’s given updates, he’ll arrive at the cottage to help Sharon as she works to track Faith down. Sharon will call Rey away from his meeting with Michael and will admit she’s scared.

Once Rey leaves Crimson Lights, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) will come in and sense that Michael’s got a lot on his mind.

Michael will talk about Adam’s latest round of drama and will confess that Faith seems to have run away. Lauren will battle guilt when she learns it was due to bullying since she did some bullying when she was younger.

Michael and Lauren will talk about a former bullying victim of Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin’s (Zach Tinker) who went on to become a successful lawyer.

Lauren and Michael will hope for a positive outcome when it comes to Faith as well. There’ll also be some talk about a beach getaway that Lauren has in mind, so she’ll text Michael a picture to entice him over the vacation plans.

At the penthouse, Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will find a Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) out of her wheelchair and barely able to contain her excitement. Chelsea will be thrilled over her plan working.

Chelsea will insist she’s finally been granted her freedom from Adam – and Chloe will think her part worked out well since she hid the missing knick-knacks in Adam’s car.

Chelsea will almost casually slip in that she hid poison upstairs for Rey to find. Chloe will immediately go into freak-out mode since this was supposed to be about harmless trinkets and texts. She’ll put it together that Chelsea is the reason Rey landed in the ICU and nearly died.

It’ll upset Chloe since Chelsea poisoned an innocent police detective and made her an accessory in the process.

Chelsea will insist that Rey is fine and that she did her research. She’ll assure Chloe that she didn’t give Rey enough thallium to kill him. Chloe will mock Chelsea for thinking she’s an expert on poison dosages now. She’ll note that Sharon and Faith could’ve been in jeopardy due to Chelsea’s plot.

Chelsea will feel like she had to do something big and bold to take Adam down. Nothing else would ensure that he wouldn’t come after Chelsea and Connor Newman (Joshua Morrow).

Chelsea will think Adam’s either facing prison or life in hiding, so she’ll think she wins no matter what.

Chloe will continue her complaints, but Chelsea will insist that the ends justify the means in this case. She’ll reassure Chloe that she won’t get thrown behind bars – that Bella Fisher (Martie Blair) and Miles Fisher will keep their mother.

Chelsea won’t think there’s any reason for Chloe to fall under suspicion, but she’ll fret over the idea that Chloe could turn her in.

Chloe will wonder if Chelsea really thinks she’d turn on her like that. She’ll make it clear that if they go down, it’ll be together. Chelsea will thank Chloe and will offer to babysit later on when Chloe takes a vacation with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart).

Once Victor arrives, Chelsea will have to pretend she can’t move again. Victor will be let in by Chloe, who he’ll instruct to deliver a message to the nurse for him.

Since Adam won’t be at the penthouse, Victor will tell Chelsea that he knows about Rey’s accusations and intends to take care of this. He’ll want Chelsea to know she’ll be reunited with Adam, so there’s no need to fret.

However, Chelsea obviously doesn’t want a reunion and won’t think Victor’s powerful enough to undo her damage this time. Victor will make his way to the cottage with some updates from security.

There won’t be any sign of Faith at first, but Victor will eventually learn a truck was stolen from near the stables. Victor will add that there was a girl with blonde hair driving it.

After Victor relays the news, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will try out a new app he installed called “Find My Kid.” The signal won’t be great, but he’ll hope to have better luck as he drives.

Sharon will insist on going with Nick, but Victor and Nikki will promise to get in touch if Faith reaches out.

Nikki will wish she could hold Faith in her arms and will seem terrified over what might happen. She’ll get some comforting words from Victor before Rey walks in.

Rey won’t be thrilled about Victor’s presence, so the exchange will be a prickly one at first. Nevertheless, Faith is obviously what’s most important here, so she’ll be the main focus.

On the road, Nick will insist he needs Sharon to stop him reading Jordan’s parents the riot act over their nightmare daughter. He’ll admit he thought the school could handle it, but he’ll be done with all that and ready to stick up his kid.

As Sharon checks the app, she’ll be alarmed by just how fast Faith is going on the other side of the hill.

Faith will indeed be driving like a man woman with tears in her eyes. She’ll get distracted by her phone and by the bottle of booze next to her. Faith will take her eyes off the road for too long, so that combined with alcohol and speeding will lead to a tragic accident!

Y&R fans will hear a horn honk as Faith hits the brakes and gasps while spinning off into a terrible accident.

Back at Crimson Lights, Adam will have on a gray hoodie as he lurks and spots Michael. He won’t want to get caught by the DA, so Adam will manage to stay out of sight.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say some twists and turns are still to come, so keep watching! CDL will have other fantastic Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news for you, so make us your hotspot.
