The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 10, teases that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) wedding gift will stun Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) before Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) plan for Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) sparks outrage. Let’s discuss the drama that’s brewing in Tuesday’s exciting episode.
First, Victor will deliver a double surprise when he embraces the idea of Victoria and Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) marriage.
A rushed wedding may not be what Victor would choose for his daughter, but he’ll respect Victoria’s choice and try to be happy for her.
Victoria will be tickled pink when she receives no backlash for her decision. She’ll be even more thrilled when Victor makes an offer that could serve as an early wedding present.
Could Victor suggest a venue for the ceremony like Top of the Tower or some other Newman-related property?
Victoria would probably be glad to get that part nailed down and out of the way. Regardless, both Victoria and Ashland will appreciate Victor’s willingness to accept their impending union.
Ashland will feel like everything’s going his way, but his day’s about to take a turn for the worse.
Y&R fans can expect Ashland and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to do some serious clashing in Tuesday’s show. There’ll be some sort of fight for power, so that probably means power over Harrison and where he’s going to live.
The trouble could start with whether Harrison will remain at the Abbott house or join Ashland in Victoria’s home instead.
Of course, that’s the least of Ashland’s problems since Kyle will soon reveal he wants to move Harrison to Italy!
Kyle will argue that with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) headed to prison and Ashland facing a scary diagnosis, a fresh start might be good for the boy.
Even if Ashland is perhaps faking his terminal illness, that’s the story he’s been selling all over town.
Ashland will no doubt keep insisting he has to make every moment with Harrison count. He’s supposedly seeking treatment, but Ashland may argue that his time is still precious.
It’s possible Kyle will call Ashland to run this plan by him, but the task of telling Ashland might fall on Jack instead.
Either way, Ashland’s going to find out what Kyle has in mind within the next episode or two.
You can be sure Ashland will lash out and try to stand against Kyle’s plan, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all turns out.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) role at Newman Media will make Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) uneasy.
Chloe may admit Adam has been surprisingly accommodating and almost pleasant. She’s keeping her guard up, but at least she’s not miserable on the job.
Kevin won’t think it’s wise to trust the changes Adam’s seemingly made to his life. Adam has been known to backslide in the past, so Kevin will fully expect him to do it again.
There are some people in Genoa City that’ll never trust Adam 100 percent – and Kevin’s one of them!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kevin will definitely be keeping an eye on Adam in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
