The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will want to be prepared since Amanda Sinclair (Karla Mosley) is launching an attack – at least from Victor’s perspective.
Amanda assured Victor it was nothing personal and feels like she’s just following the facts of Sutton Ames’ (Jack Landron) case.
However, Y&R fans know what Amanda’s really doing is speculating and following clues. Amanda doesn’t have hard evidence regarding Richard Nealon’s murder, and she knows Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) doesn’t have it either.
Amanda’s counting on that to work in her favor, but Victor seems to be on the verge of uncovering the actual facts and revealing the truth. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will have the key to unlocking a mystery during the week of May 17-21.
It makes sense that Victor will find some piece of proof that could change everything and show Amanda who the real killer is.
When Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) came to Amanda’s suite and insisted Sutton was the last person she wanted to cross, it felt like a significant and extremely ominous statement.
Amanda was so caught off guard by Imani’s tone that she flat-out asked if Sutton was guilty of murdering her father.
Although Imani denied it, there’s a good chance Amanda’s instinct was the right one. Sutton seems shadier by the second, so we wouldn’t be a bit surprised if he indeed ordered the death of Amanda’s dad.
Will Victor be the one to find killer Sutton proof and deliver it to Amanda? If so, that’ll blow Amanda’s defense completely and force her to rethink her strategy. Amanda could take herself off the case on The Young and the Restless, but it might be more fun if she decided to throw it!
Perhaps Amanda could intentionally botch her defense of Sutton and let him sink for what he did to Richard. Regardless, Amanda’s world may blow up due to the secret Victor uncovers. Victor will use this shocker to his advantage since it’ll hopefully protect him as well as his company.
As for Amanda, she may hope to make sure Sutton goes down for his deadly crime! We’ll provide updates as other Y&R news becomes available.
