The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of December 6 preview reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is ready to rekindle a romance. When he admits still being in love, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is hesitant. Phyllis fears that she will hurt Jack again. Will she give romance another chance or could fear keep “Phack” apart?
Y&R spoilers reveal that the weekly preview shows Jack and Phyllis having a conversation. Jack has decided to be honest about his feelings to Phyllis. Jack explains that what they have together is rare and special. Despite Phyllis having feelings for Jack too, she is hesitant to rekindle their relationship.
Jack comes to the conclusion that his love confession didn’t change anything. However, Phyllis just isn’t sure whether it did or not. Obviously, she needs time to think about what she really wants.
Phyllis has hurt Jack in the past and doesn’t want to do it again. Phyllis doesn’t deny that she has feelings for Jack. At the same time, Phyllis doesn’t want to make a huge mistake.
Jack and Phyllis might still love each other, but they also have a close friendship. Phyllis wonders if they get back together and it doesn’t work out, their friendship might never be the same. Jack wonders this same thing, which is why he brings up their rare and special dynamic.
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis doesn’t seem to be worried about her own heart. Instead, she fears that Jack will be the one to end up hurt once again.
Before making a decision, Phyllis decides to get some advice from a trusted friend. Phyllis tells Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) about Jack admitting his feelings. Phyllis also admits what is stopping her from saying yes.
Amanda basically tells Phyllis that she can’t predict the future and there is only one question to answer. Does she want to reignite a romance with Jack or not?
The preview teases that Jack and Phyllis will try to make a tough decision about their relationship. Even though they both know it’s a risk, there are clues that “Phack” will rekindle their romance.
