The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that major problems will explode in Genoa City. Y&R fans will see the drama intensify with some new story shockers, so let’s talk about what’s brewing. Here’s a hot April preview that promises some shocking revelations and vicious vendettas.
For starters, Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will be determined to make Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) pay for his affair with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). Kyle will naturally be Ashland’s top target, but he won’t be the only one this vengeful mogul goes after.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be targeted as well, so Jabot could be at risk. Kyle’s relationship with Summer Newman (Hunter King) will also be in jeopardy as Ashland does his worst!
As for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), he feud with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will reach another level. Phyllis will work to ruin Sally, but Sally will turn to a face from her past for assistance and try to fight back.
Over with Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), she’ll realize she needs to take action and hopefully stop Summer’s war with Sally. Once the truce presumably blows up, Lauren will resort to extreme measures to make sure Sally and Summer stop all the fighting for good.
Next, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will fume as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) works to strengthen her bond with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) again. Between that and Billy’s efforts to use ChancComm as a weapon against Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), there’s going to be trouble!
Although Lily will do her best to keep Billy’s revenge to a minimum, that won’t be easy considering all the Newman drama that’ll be going on. Adam will find himself on the hot seat thanks to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) poisoning, so he’ll have a tough time proving he’s an innocent man.
Adam will make a startling confession to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) that changes the game, so that could involve the news of Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) secret recovery.
It looks like Adam may eventually get Sharon on his side, so that’ll complicate things since Rey will be working to prove Adam’s guilt.
Chelsea’s frame job will leave Adam in a real bind, but he’ll do his best to get off the hook. Look for Adam to make time for a sibling rivalry as well since Victor will put Adam and Victoria against each other.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say one Newman family member will face a terrible medical crisis. Will it be Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) since we know she’s about to drink and drive?
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will step up as the glue that keeps the family together – and Victor will take charge like the strong Newman leader he is in terms of medical care.
Despite facing rejection from both men, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will struggle with feelings for both Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).
As for Devon, he’ll look deep inside and settle on one woman he wants to pursue. Will that be Elena or Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan)?
Speaking of Amanda, she’ll find herself in a huge mess due to Naya Benedict’s (Ptosha Storey) plea for help. The deeper Amanda dives into her family history, the more chaos she’ll create for herself.
Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) will head to town, so he’ll reconnect with Devon, Lily and Nate. Y&R fans will see Moses start his internship with Nate at the clinic, so he’ll have plenty to do right off the bat.
Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will remain off on his mission doing who knows what, who knows where! The longer Chance stays out of the picture, the harder things will be for Abby.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will await blood test results to see if she’s pregnant with Abby’s baby, so that’ll build to a big moment of truth.
Mariah and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will consider how this potential pregnancy might affect their relationships, so will second thoughts creep in?
Time will tell, but this surrogacy will remain complicated and could set up more dramatic opportunities if Mariah indeed ends up expecting Abby’s child.
