Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will spy Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Camila Banus) make-out session, so she’ll blab to heartbroken Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) during the week of January 24-28.
DOOL viewers know Chanel was devastated when Johnny announced he wanted a divorce out of nowhere.
They had been going for round after round of lovemaking before their wedding party, so Chanel had no reason to think anything was wrong.
Of course, Chanel couldn’t have known the devil would take over her husband’s body and dump her in front of everyone!
Chanel still has no idea about the possession, so she assumes Allie was simply right about Johnny being a heartbreaker who would inevitably let her down.
Even after Chanel found herself in bed with Allie in the fallout, she admitted she still loved Johnny.
That doesn’t mean Chanel excuses Johnny’s behavior – as evidenced by the forceful return of her ring and house keys later.
Chanel is clearly fed up with Johnny, but she can’t just turn off her feelings for him like a switch.
That’s why Days spoilers say it’ll sting when Allie confesses this news about Johnny and Gabi kissing.
Chanel may even be a bit jealous over Johnny moving on so fast, though she’s in no position to talk.
After all, Chanel slept with Allie mere hours after the wedding reception blew up!
Even so, that wouldn’t have happened if Johnny hadn’t gone off the rails and humiliated Chanel.
Once Allie updates Chanel on Johnny going back to his player ways with Gabi, maybe Chanel will once again try to accept that Allie was right.
Chanel may tell herself she’s better off without Johnny, but getting over him will still be tough.
Days fans can expect some shockers for Chanel down the road. Chanel will eventually find out this is all the devil’s doing, so it’ll be interesting to see what that means for her future.
For now, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chanel will appreciate the honest info from Allie, even if it’s difficult to hear.
