Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, January 10, tease that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will face a deadly scare while sobbing Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) runs away from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will also tackle a diagnosis dilemma, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
At the DiMera mansion, Chanel and all the guests will remain in shock over Johnny’s crazy announcement.
Johnny just admitted he doesn’t want to be married to Chanel anymore, so she’s struggling to understand this sudden change of heart.
Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) may urge her brother to stop whatever stunt he’s trying to pull and argue that it isn’t funny.
However, Johnny will make it clear that he’s quite serious about cutting Chanel loose.
Days spoilers say Johnny will hurl horrible insults and perhaps act like EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) was right about Chanel being a gold digger.
Johnny will really pour salt in the wound and make it clear that marrying Chanel was a massive mistake.
Once Johnny’s done slamming Chanel and their train wreck of a relationship, she’ll rush out of the house in tears.
Allie won’t be far behind since she’ll want to comfort her brokenhearted bestie.
As for Paulina, you can bet she’ll unleash her fury on Johnny in a big way.
Paulina may also rip into EJ for raising such a monster and suggest she’s grateful Chanel won’t be part of the dreadful DiMera family.
Monday’s DOOL episode will bring a near-death experience for Paulina, so that could be due to the devil’s retaliation.
There’ll be some frightening ordeal that apparently happens right in front of Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), so Lani may leap into action and save the day.
Whatever the case, Lani will be relieved when Paulina survives her terrifying ordeal. It’ll make Lani a little less angry about the pain of the past, so there’ll be some progress when it comes to bonding with Paulina again.
At the pub, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will play cards with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and offer some good advice.
Abe will open up about how much he still loves Paulina, even if he’s struggling to trust her again.
John might point out that life’s too short to hold grudges and push Abe to go after what he really wants.
Abe may be tempted to fully patch things up once he hears about Paulina’s latest brush with death, so we’ll see how things work out with her.
At the hospital, Tripp will be downright stumped over Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) strange sickness. Susan thinks it’s connected to the premonition she had – and based on what Days fans saw, she’s exactly right.
Susan threw up on Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) shoes right after the devil completely took over Johnny’s body, so there’s a connection here that no one understands yet.
Of course, Tripp could never know what’s going on with possessed Johnny, so he won’t be able to give Susan an accurate diagnosis.
