Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, January 17, tease that Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will face a new mystery while Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) has a flirty Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) encounter. Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) testimony will also enrage EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
For starters, Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) will reveal why she thinks Craig Wesley (Kevin Spiritas) is cheating on her.
Chloe’s mom just showed up with the news of Craig’s affair, but Chloe will hope that maybe Nancy is just letting her fears run away with her.
However, Nancy will feel like something has definitely changed with Craig in recent months.
After being happily married for decades, Craig suddenly isn’t acting like the devoted husband he used to be.
Nancy will point to some troubling, secretive behavior, so Chloe won’t know what to think.
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) won’t be certain of much either, but he’ll agree with Chloe about not jumping to conclusions. They’ll think it’s best for Nancy to confront Craig and let him speak for himself.
Since Chloe will have questions that need real answers, she’ll leave Craig a voicemail. Chloe will want to go straight to the source of drama and trust that Craig can enlighten her.
Chloe will hope there might be another explanation for her dad’s behavior, but Craig deserves a chance to share his side of the story.
Meanwhile, Days spoilers say EJ’s trial will continue.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) just witnessed a steamy moment between Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and what seems to be EJ. Of course, things aren’t always as they seem when the devil’s in Salem!
Possessed Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) obviously transformed himself into EJ to plant that kiss on Abigail – that way, Chad would once again turn against his brother in court.
Abigail will likely slap “EJ” before Chad returns to the courtroom, takes the stand again and insists EJ is as guilty as sin.
Later, it’ll be Lucas’ turn to slam EJ on the witness stand.
Lucas will act like EJ is the scum of the earth for kidnapping Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), but EJ will argue that Lucas is the kidnapper instead.
Days spoilers say EJ’s growing fury will prompt a major courtroom outburst.
The judge isn’t going to be happy over the disruption – and it certainly won’t help EJ’s case when he publicly threatens to kill Lucas!
After the situation in court gets crazy, Johnny will have some flirty fun with Gabi.
Now that EJ has signed over his shares in preparation for a potential prison stint, Johnny has something Gabi wants.
Gabi should flirt right back as a result and try to pull Johnny closer, but Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will grow concerned about Gabi getting in over her head eventually.
There’s obviously a good reason to worry since Gabi will be dealing with the devil himself!
Jake won’t know about the possession, but he’ll understand that DiMeras can be conniving and stir up trouble.
More trouble is indeed brewing for Gabi, so she may have a hard time tackling whatever the devil has in store for her.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say some shockers and shakeups are still to come thanks to Johnny’s manipulation, so stay tuned to DOOL.
