Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, December 5 to December 16, tease that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will rescue Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) while Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) makes a horrible discovery. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will also investigate EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) while Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) makes a special request, so here’s what DOOL has in store.
During the week of December 5-9, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will fear the worst after spotting Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) in Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) arms, but Stephanie will quickly clear up the misunderstanding.
From there, Stephanie and Alex will take their budding romance to the next level.
Days spoilers say Alex will make love to Stephanie and grow closer to her as a result.
Unfortunately, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will be driven further apart.
After Eric punches EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and lands in lockup for it, Nicole will wake up in EJ’s bed the next morning.
It doesn’t look like they’ll actually have done the deed, but Nicole will still feel like this whole situation is messy.
EJ will offer to drop the charges against Eric and convince DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) to back off, but we’ll see if that offer pans out.
Regardless, there’ll be a different offer that’s more intriguing.
EJ will push Nicole to move in with Holly Jonas (Elin Alexander), so she’ll take him up on that – though she’ll start to worry it was a bad idea in the aftermath.
In the meantime, Eric will spend the night in jail with Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and hire Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) as his lawyer soon after.
At Sweet Bits, Chanel will make a horrible discovery when she sees the word “murderer” written on the front of the building.
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will console Chanel as she tries to cope with her killer legal crisis.
It turns out Johnny will also struggle to keep the Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) brainwashing truth under wraps.
Once Johnny lands in Gabi’s orbit, he’ll face some difficulties when it comes to keeping his mouth shut.
Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) will deal with a similar dilemma when Gabi comes to her with a special request.
It seems likely Gabi will want Wendy to be a bridesmaid or even her maid of honor.
Gabi may think this wedding can be a real family affair since Rafe agreed to be Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) best man.
Until then, Rafe will grow closer to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) as she leans on him for support.
Other Days spoilers say Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will get hit with some serious pressure.
The public won’t be on Abe’s side and will push for him to resign from his position as Salem’s mayor.
Back with Eric and Nicole, they’ll have another fierce fight, so it’s clear that an “Ericole” reunion isn’t happening anytime soon.
EJ will also get a surprise visitor, so could that be Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk)?
Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) admitted she never actually intended to pay EJ a visit in disguise, so the real Susan might return from the dead.
Following Bonnie Kiriakis’ (Judi Evan) kidnapping chaos, she’ll have a hard time tackling the trauma of it all.
Xander will be busy worrying he’s going to get caught, especially after Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) decides to “help” him and refuses to take no for an answer.
That could lead to Justin and Xander teaming up against Rednax Pharmaceuticals for a takedown, which is a problem since it’s not a real company!
During the week of December 12-16, Gwen will come to Xander’s rescue again.
Xander will apparently delay consequences a little longer thanks to Gwen, so their bond will grow stronger.
As for Eric and Sloan, they’ll get better acquainted and could sizzle together eventually.
Both Sloan and Eric will no doubt be looking for some comfort, so they could find it in the bedroom.
Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will also plot another round of revenge, so EJ had better be ready!

Back with Rafe, he’ll investigate EJ and try to score more information.
Rafe knows he isn’t getting the full story when it comes to what happened with Ava, so he’ll apply more pressure.
EJ kidnapped Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), but he’ll hope he can avoid facing punishment for that! As other news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
