Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, August 11, tease that Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) will reveal Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) basement secret to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) scores some incriminating Ava DiMera (Tamara Braun) info.
At the DiMera mansion, EJ will listen in on Ava’s conversation with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and make an intriguing discovery. Whether EJ’s able to nail down the secret just yet or not, he’ll be well on his way.
EJ knew exactly what he was doing by keeping Ava close and will get the goods at some point in the coming episodes. Once EJ realizes Ava helped Gwen escape from prison the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) died, he’ll have some leverage he can use to his advantage.
Across town, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will consider their options. Sarah and Xander will need a plan to make Ava betray Gwen, so they’ll put their heads together and hope they can make it happen.
Over with Leo, Days spoilers say he’ll turn to Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for a job. Since Brady and Chloe hate Leo’s guts, it’s tough to believe they’ll be very receptive to the idea of hiring him at Basic Black.
Other Days spoilers say Chad will face more parenting struggles with Thomas, but Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will step up to help. Jennifer may think it’d be good for Chad and Thomas to get out of the house for a while since they’ll both be down in the dumps.
Later, Chad will spend some time with Thomas in the town square. That’s where Thomas will spot Leo from afar and instantly recognize him from the DiMera secret room.
Of course, DOOL fans will recall how Leo convinced Thomas he was the tooth fairy and used that to keep him quiet. Thomas will spill how he met Leo in the basement, so Chad will figure out this went down shortly before Abigail was killed.
The news will send Chad flying into a rage, so it won’t be long until he corners Leo and manhandles him. Chad will push for answers and become increasingly convinced that Leo might’ve murdered his wife.
Although Leo is surely innocent of this deadly crime, he was indeed camped out in the secret room – and he stole some jewelry from Abigail’s room, too. The jewelry situation will become a bigger problem for Leo as the week winds down, so stick with us for Days updates.
