Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, July 19, teases that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will uncover an Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) whodunit twist while Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) carries out an engagement ring mission. Let’s discuss the hot drama ahead on Tuesday’s DOOL episode.
After Xander gets Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) approval on their ASAP marriage, he’ll admit he doesn’t have her ring yet.
Since Xander sold Sarah’s ring to buy another rock for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), he’ll hope he can get this sorted out at the pawn shop.
While Xander’s off trying to repurchase her ring, Sarah will have some updates for Maggie Kiriakis (Susanne Rogers).
Although Maggie will continue to fret over Sarah’s mental well-being, she’ll want to believe things are turning around for her daughter.
Maggie will also be glad Sarah has Xander to lean on and should offer her support on this rushed wedding in the end.
Back with Xander, he’ll encounter Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) once he’s got the ring box.
Leo will want to inspect that ring for himself, but he may give his approval and truly hope this wedding works out for Sarah’s sake.
Other Days spoilers say Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) will get some big news regarding Abigail’s murder investigation.
Clyde Weston (James Read) has been cleared thanks to an air-tight alibi – and now Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is the one under suspicion.
It appears Leo will fill Nancy in on all that, but he’ll conveniently leave out the part about selling Clyde the stolen jewelry.
However, Leo will have to watch his back when he stumbles across Clyde and Nancy having a seemingly tense conversation.
Leo will do some spying as Nancy perhaps wonders if she can really trust Clyde.
This whole situation has highlighted Clyde’s shady side, so Nancy will have to make some tough decisions regarding their future.
If Clyde’s new romance falls apart, he’ll have yet another reason to want payback. Leo should be shaking in his boots as he tries to avoid Clyde’s vengeful wrath!
In prison, Gwen will grumble over Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) being her new cellmate.
Kristen will work to keep Gwen in line, but she may hint that she doesn’t plan to stay behind bars for long.
Next, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will hire Detective Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) as the newest Salem PD employee.
Jada will dive in this Abigail murder mystery and hope she can offer a brand-new perspective.
As for Marlena, she’ll put Lucas under hypnosis and help him revisit the night of Abigail’s death.
Through some newly created DOOL flashbacks, Days spoilers say Lucas will remember how he sliced his hand open.
There’ll be a far less scandalous explanation than stabbing Abigail to silence her.
Of course, the murder weapon could come into play another way if Lucas recalls Sarah gripping the knife.
Whatever the case, it seems Lucas will eventually remember Sarah being at the crime scene.
Thanks to Marlena’s hypnosis efforts, there’ll be a break in the case – one that’ll derail Xander and Sarah’s nuptials by midweek.
Although Sarah is likely innocent, things will look pretty bad for her in the coming episodes.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will be livid over his happily ever after going off track once again.
