General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, November 18 Recap – Cody’s Juvenile Arrest Record – Holly Falls for Robert’s Safehouse Trap

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, November 18, reveals that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) had a juvenile arrest record while Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) fell for Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) safehouse trap.

At the Metro Court, Robert urged Holly to tell him what was wrong, so she admitted to fretting over Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and worrying about how Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) was coping.

After Holly kissed Robert, she suggested she’d also been thinking about how they were never able to make a proper go of things between them.

Talk ultimately turned to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as Robert claimed to have heard from her.

Robert supposedly got a call about the address Anna was being taken to, so he pushed the person on the other end to text it.

Once Holly intentionally spilled something on herself, she asked Robert to get some club soda.

That gave Holly a chance to sneak a peek at the address on Robert’s phone.

Holly made up an excuse to leave soon after, so Robert looked suspicious since Holly clearly took his bait.

On the pier, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) acted like it was time for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to put her grudge to rest.

However, Laura vowed to tear Victor apart and knew he framed Anna.

Victor denied it and acted like he wanted Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) killer brought to justice, so Laura said they agreed on something for once and sauntered off.

Next, Victor met with Holly, who offered the address of the safehouse she saw on Robert’s phone.

Since Victor had to look into what might be Holly’s next assignment, he pushed her to notify the authorities for him.

At the police station, Agent Whitten spoke to someone over the phone about following Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and later became upset over Valentin giving them the slip.

Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) eavesdropped on Agent Whitten’s phone conversation before giving Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) updates in the interrogation room.

In a moment alone with Mac, Felicia got him to open up about his disappointment over Cody not being his biological son.

Back with Agent Whitten, he pumped Laura for info on Valentin and pointed out that he knew Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) situation.

Agent Whitten suggested Laura wouldn’t want Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) to lose another parent, so Laura lashed out over his aggressive and rude approach.

Although Agent Whitten was apologetic, he still felt it was in Laura’s best interest to work with him and keep Valentin safe along with Anna.

Agent Whitten eventually got a tip about Anna’s location, so he spread the word at the PCPD and bolted for the address.

Mac and Dante went along, but the place was empty when Agent Whitten barged in with backup.

Agent Whitten assumed they either got a bad tip or else Anna was able to leave before they got there.

Mac privately told Dante this should be a lesson for Agent Whitten about not underestimating Anna.

Back with Robert, he found Holly on the pier and warned that she had some explaining to do.

At Anna’s real safehouse, Valentin informed her that she was no longer safe there.

After making love and plans for the future, Valentin sent Anna out to a car since he’d arranged to have her leave the country.

Anna started to exit, but then she ran back in the door for one last kiss with Valentin.

At GH, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) let Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) know that according to his research, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) had a juvenile arrest record.

Since it wasn’t uploaded to the database yet, Spinelli didn’t have the details of what happened.

Meanwhile, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) grilled Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) about all the surgeries he’d been doing that supposedly only he could handle.

Although Maxie worried Austin was avoiding her family, he reassured her and offered a kiss.

Spinelli eventually appeared, so Austin sought advice about getting Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) on board with a weekend trip.

When Spinelli acted like he supported Georgie’s independent streak, Maxie confronted him alone about his treatment of Austin.

Spinelli confessed that there was something about Austin that just didn’t ring true.

Later, Austin wondered if Spinelli had a chance to run the algorithm and see if he was compatible with Maxie.

Spinelli didn’t see why it mattered if Maxie thought they were a match, but Austin was adamant about him doing this favor.

In Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) office, Cody suspected more than a hangover was going on and offered to let Britt open up.

Britt had a lot of work to do and couldn’t go out for breakfast, but she was free for dinner.

At one point, Britt had to hide her shaky hand and made excuses.

When Sam arrived with necklace info, Britt gave Cody permission to stick around. Cody seemed eager to stay since the necklace might belong to him now.

Sam talked about uncovering documentation from Leopold Taub’s (Charles Lucia) estate, so there was a record of a necklace matching the description of the one Britt had.

That meant it likely belonged to Cody, but Sam pointed out there could be other heirs – or it could’ve been purchased by Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) rather than stolen.

After Austin summoned Britt, Sam confronted Cody about wanting the necklace all along and that being the reason for his bogus match with Britt.

Cody denied running a con, but he argued that no one was squeaky clean – not even Dante.

That left Sam worried about something shady in Dante’s past, so she told Cody to put a pin in his Cody investigation.

As for Austin, he told Britt that he’d arranged for a doctor who specialized in Huntington’s to examine her.

Dr. Talone (Sharon Omi) was driving down from Toronto for a conference and could squeeze an appointment in.

Britt was reluctant to drop everything, but Austin convinced her this doctor could tell if her symptoms were the onset of Huntington’s disease.

When Britt returned to Cody, she offered a raincheck on dinner and talked about how crazy it was that he might inherit “major coin.”

Britt asked if Cody ever thought when he parachuted in that he’d acquire part of the Ice Princess – and Victor eavesdropped on the Ice Princess comment.
