General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, December 1, tease that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will spill his secret to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) face off. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also comfort Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) while offering some guidance, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
For starters, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will hope to make things right, so it looks like she’ll talk to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about finally getting that letter to the civilian complaint review board.
Unfortunately, Dante will inform Brook Lynn that it’s too late.
Chase also feels like it’s too late to salvage their relationship since he just dumped Brook Lynn, but Sasha will provide a different perspective.
Although Sasha will comfort Chase, she’ll also encourage him to see Brook Lynn’s side of the music situation.
Sasha will suggest that in Brook Lynn’s heart, she did what she did for the both of them.
Chase may struggle to think that way, but he’ll appreciate having Sasha to lean on.
This could be Sasha’s chance to lean on Chase as well since she’s been missing Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) a lot lately.
In fact, Sasha may be the reason why Nina reaches out to Willow, who’ll be looking pretty rough due to the leukemia she’s secretly battling.
Nina will hope that Willow might help out a friend, so she might be trying to round up more support for Sasha.
However, Willow and Nina’s attempt at common ground will end in disaster.
This will turn into a fierce faceoff, which could prove dangerous since Willow will be in such a weakened state.
Since we know Willow will have a medical emergency by the end of the week, this fight with Nina would lead to Willow’s collapse.
Naturally, that could stir up some troubling questions for Nina.
Elsewhere, Dex will get his phone back from Michael, who’ll want the whole truth regarding the van crash and the fallout that followed.
As Dex tells the story, he’ll admit Michael definitely isn’t going to like what happened next.
Dex will apparently come clean about Josslyn helping him out after his gunshot wound and hiding him in her dorm room.
GH spoilers say Michael will deliver a stern warning, so he may reiterate that Dex needs to stay away from Josslyn – for real this time.
Michael might also get updates on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) getting him antibiotics and fume over yet another family member being dragged in Dex’s mess.
In the meantime, Carly will quiz Josslyn about a decision she’s making, so she’ll force her daughter to consider whether Dex is a factor.
Josslyn might contemplate breaking up with Cameron Webber (William Lipton) or settle on some other significant choice, but Carly’s got it right about Dex being on her mind.
In his office, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will suggest that if something sounds too good to be true, then it usually is.
That should be in response to Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) pitch to help Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) with a sneaky strategy.
Although Sonny will have his doubts about trusting Valentin, they can agree that Anna needs help on her path to freedom.
It sounds like Sonny will cave in on Valentin’s plot and join forces for Anna’s sake.
