General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, November 29 Recap – Willow’s False Alarm – Gladys’ Poker Trouble – Holly’s Cabin Blows Up

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 29, reveals that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) faced a false alarm while Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) set herself up for some poker trouble. The cabin Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) had been hiding in also blew up, so here’s how all the GH drama went down.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) felt confident that Thanksgiving would go according to plan this year since she ordered a turkey from somewhere fancy.

Unfortunately, the turkey turned out to be alive and well instead of fully roasted like Olivia intended.

Although Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) suggested rounding up the men to ready the bird, Leo Falconeri (Easton Rocket Sweda) refused to let “Mr. Waddle” get cooked and let him out of his cage.

That led to everyone watching from outside as Mr. Waddle pulled the tablecloth off and dragged the Thanksgiving sides to the floor.

Once again, the Quartermaines were stuck having pizza instead of a traditional feast.

Throughout the evening, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) managed to steal little romantic moments with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) without anyone noticing.

At one point, Carly asked Willow how she was feeling, so Willow seemed nervous.

It turned out to be a false alarm since Carly just meant because of the pregnancy, so Willow’s leukemia secret was safe.

Drew ultimately spoke to Willow about getting medical info related to her birth parents as Carly confirmed she’d agreed to help with the search.

Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he kept giving Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) chances to come clean about the civilian complaint review board letter she was supposed to write.

Chase eventually got frustrated and pushed Brook Lynn to be honest about whether she was ever going to tell him about the letter.

At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place, he gave Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) some earrings and got her approval on making some new Thanksgiving traditions together.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) made an appearance at Sonny’s gathering, but they spent most of their time in a corner discussing Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Sam voiced concerns about Cody due to his reaction to her necklace investigation and the digging she’d done on him.

Dante got updates on the juvenile arrest record Sam found, but she admitted it was sealed. Sam was curious about whether Dante and Cody ever got in trouble together, but Dante downplayed everything.

After Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was summoned to the PCPD, she defended the information she printed in The Invader since Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) didn’t keep her end of the bargain.

Jordan acted like she should arrest Alexis for obstruction and ranted about Alexis revealing Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) was a suspect in the hook slayings.

However, Alexis was unbothered by Jordan’s backlash and headed off to Sonny’s Thanksgiving meal.

Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Gladys showed up at Sonny’s penthouse, but Alexis’ arrival led to some issues.

Gladys ripped into Alexis for printing info related to Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) murder in the paper without notifying his family first.

Later, Sasha flashed back to when she eloped with Brando and talked to Sonny about getting through a lot of firsts without him.

Sonny assured Sasha she wasn’t alone and quizzed her about how the guardianship was going.

Although Gladys was hands-on, Sasha felt it was always for her benefit and suggested they finally understood each other.

Nearby, Gladys called the number on the back of the card Selina Wu (Lydia Look) gave her.

Since Gladys could use a little fun, she reserved a seat at the poker table.

Back at the police station, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) wanted the latest details on the search for Holly.

Jordan, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) were all involved in the hunt, which led them to a cabin in Baylor Woods.

At that cabin, Holly listened to a news report about the search for her.

After Holly suggested she had something in common with the necklace, she said they were both “damn near indestructible” and put it on.

Later, Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) henchman fished for info from the cops stationed near the cabin so he could report back.

Deputy Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) also kept hanging around the PCPD and ultimately found out the location of Holly’s hideout.

Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) brought Thanksgiving dinner to the station, but Mac, Robert and Jordan had to take off to corner Holly.

Outside the cabin, Robert balked at wearing a bulletproof vest since Holly wouldn’t hurt him, but Mac acted like she’d hurt him already.

Robert didn’t think Holly was willing to die for the diamond necklace, but he knew that she’d risk everything for her freedom.

When it came time to negotiate Holly’s surrender, Robert suggested he should be the one to do it.

Holly shouted outside and got confirmation that Laura was all right following the hostage ordeal.

Robert also wanted Holly to come out of this unscathed and said she knew what she had to do to make that happen.

As Jordan yelled that this was Holly’s last chance, someone’s hand grabbed the briefcase and knocked over a lantern inside the cabin.

A fire broke out that led to an explosion, so a woman stumbled out with flaming clothes and flailed around in the yard.

“Holly!” Robert yelled as he watched the fiery scene unfold.
