General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of December 5-9 teases that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will make a big mistake while Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) faces another DNA dilemma. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also end up on a Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) mission, so let’s discuss all the GH action ahead.
For starters, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will grill both Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) info, but he may not have much luck.
Regardless, Valentin will move forward with his plan to somehow clear Anna’s name.
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will end up creating a distraction, so that might give Valentin a chance to score some evidence later.
In the meantime, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will refuse to cave in when it comes to spreading her leukemia news.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will still think it’d be better for their loved ones to know the truth, but he’ll respect Willow’s desire to keep things quiet for now.
Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she’ll get updates on Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) new lead in the search for Willow’s biological parents.
Carly will convince Drew to withhold info from Willow and will later manipulate the situation in hopes of turning this into a dead end.
As for Cody, he’s already manipulated a situation as well when it comes to the DNA results he received.
Cody lied about not being Mac’s son since he wanted to get his hands on the $35-million necklace, but he’ll soon learn that necklace may be lost forever.
Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) secretly scored those Ice Princess gems, but he’ll keep them hidden for the time being.
Cody will find out the necklace was seemingly destroyed in a fire, so he’ll have to rethink this whole DNA dilemma.
Will Cody admit he lied and tell Mac that he’s actually his son?
That revelation will no doubt come out later, but it looks like Cody will choose to keep his mouth shut for now.
Other GH spoilers say Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could get a hint about how close Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is getting to Josslyn.
That could be part of why Sonny will pressure Dex and ultimately deliver a warning.
However, Nina will see an opportunity to make some progress with Josslyn and perhaps become a little less of a villain in her eyes.
We’ll see if Nina’s view of Dex plays a role in her mission to make peace.
After Spencer receives a mysterious gift, he’ll make a big mistake.
Spencer will make the wrong assumption about something, so this could involve a Port Charles wedding.
It’s easy to imagine some miscommunication where Spencer believes Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is engaged to Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) when it’s really Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) who are set to get married on Valentine’s Day.
There’ll also be more Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) drama at Wyndemere since Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will shut down the captive’s latest tactic.
As for Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), he’ll interrogate Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) before delivering a plea to Liz.
It sounds like Finn will be desperate to know what’s going on, so look for him to witness a shocker.
Will Finn suspect Elizabeth is falling for Nikolas again or could Finn actually find out the truth about Esme?
Finn’s going to be left reeling soon, so don’t miss what’s ahead in PC.
