General Hospital Spoilers: Week of November 21 Update – Obrecht’s Heartbreak – Carly’s Alarming News – Sam Fears for Dante

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of November 21-25 teases that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will get some alarming news while Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) faces heartbreak. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will also fear for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so here’s what GH fans can expect.

After a visit to Dr. Talone (Sharon Omi) with Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will get some upsetting updates.

It turns out Britt’s symptoms are indeed the onset of Huntington’s disease, so it’s taking over her body quite rapidly.

Britt will confess to Liesl later, so Obrecht will go into doctor mode and give her daughter a pep talk about advances in treatment.

Nevertheless, Britt will insist she really needs her mom more than anything right now.

Liesl will do her best to give Britt the support she needs, but she’ll be awfully heartbroken herself.

All Obrecht will want to do is take Britt’s burden away, but she’ll have to settle for comforting her instead.

Next, Carly will face Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) questions about her mysterious meeting with Brick (Stephen A. Smith), so she may ask how Sonny even knows about that.

It may be easy for Carly to figure out Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had a hand in ratting her out.

Carly will apparently lie about the real reason she met with Brick, so she’ll help Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) protect her Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) secret for now.

Carly will have a fierce faceoff with Nina later, so that may be the result of this Brick drama.

Perhaps Carly will urge Nina to mind her own business and stop accusing people of things when she has no idea what’s going on.

After all, it isn’t the first time Nina’s jumped to the wrong conclusion. Nina also did it with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) recently, so Michael may complain to Carly about that.

Of course, Michael has more important matters on his mind these days – like making sure Willow finds the bone marrow donor match she needs.

Willow doesn’t want anyone to know she has leukemia just yet, so Michael may respect her wishes and leave Carly out of the loop.

Even so, Michael can at least tell Carly about Willow’s biological family search and leave out the real reason why.

Since Michael will offer some news that alarms Carly, that’ll probably tie in with the hunt for Willow’s birth parents.

The fact that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is part of the search could add to Carly’s anxiety.

If Drew gets too close to the truth about Nina and Willow’s mother-daughter status, Carly’s secret could blow up.

As for Sam, she’ll be nervous as well. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) mentioned something about Dante not being squeaky clean, so that was enough to put Sam on edge.

Now Sam has to wonder what Dante’s hiding and how it might come back to haunt him.

We’ll see Sam battle some growing fears as she opens up to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Between Cody’s juvenile arrest record and his necklace agenda, Sam doesn’t trust him at all.

Alexis may not get all the details, but she’ll learn enough to know that trouble could be brewing.

Speaking of trouble, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will land in more of it.

Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will force Holly to admit she’s working for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), but she’ll explain that it’s not by choice.

When Victor orders Holly to retrieve the necklace that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) previously had, she’ll land in another tricky situation.

That necklace will be in a suitcase attached to Robert’s wrist, so seducing him out of his clothes would get him away from it.

However, it’ll be tough to fool Robert after Holly confirms Victor is running the show. Holly would be better off joining forces with Robert and trying to outsmart Victor!

There are also a couple of programming notes to pass along since ABC’s GH will be a repeat on Thursday, November 24 – and that’ll be followed by a football-related preemption on Friday, November 25.
