General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will search for her birth parents, so she’ll change her mind over the bone marrow match hunt. GH fans know Willow already decided against searching for her biological mom and dad, but that was before her leukemia battle.
Now that Willow needs a bone marrow transplant to give her the best shot at survival, she’ll have a change of heart.
Although it’s certainly possible for Willow to match with a stranger and get a transplant that way, she stands a better chance of a match through a family member.
That’s why Willow will talk things over with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and decide to find her birth parents if possible.
Willow will recall that she was supposedly on a commune when she was a baby, so she’ll feel like that might be a good place to start their research.
Michael assured Willow that he was all in on this cancer fight. Since this research will become a crucial part of the story, Michael will be there with Willow every step of the way.
Of course, Willow won’t have a lot to go on, especially since Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) word wasn’t exactly reliable!
Even so, Willow will know how important it is so do some investigating and try to nail down some answers.
It turns out Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will walk in the room while Willow and Michael are discussing the commune.
Drew will wonder what’s up, so Willow will explain that she’s decided to track down her birth parents after all.
Willow may not tell Drew the real reason why since she wants to hide her leukemia diagnosis from Michael’s loved ones.
It’s possible Willow will just claim this baby got her thinking about family and the importance of it.
Then again, Drew is a pretty trustworthy guy, so Willow might ultimately confess the truth and make him understand how important this search is.
Either way, Drew will offer to help – and Willow will give him an enthusiastic yes on that.
Drew will become a key player in the hunt for Willow’s biological parents, so Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may panic once she finds out.
Carly knows Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow’s birth mom, so her knowledge of that shocker will bring some tight spots!
General Hospital spoilers say Willow and Michael will appreciate having Drew as backup, so stay tuned.
