The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) may become the hospital crisis hero. She seems poised to take charge during John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) scary ordeal, so let’s talk about the drama ahead.
Bridget spoke with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) over the phone in the March 31 episode and revealed she was back in Los Angeles. B&B fans saw a quick glimpse of Bridget at University Hospital, where she’s working while they deal with some restructuring changes.
Of course, the timing is awfully convenient, isn’t it? Bridget is back on the scene right as things take an ominous turn in the alley behind Il Giardino. It’s clear that a hospital crisis is indeed looming, so Bridget’s sudden return has to mean something.
It seems likely that Bridget’s back in the mix because Finn’s going to get hurt. Who do you call when the doctor needs a doctor? Finn can’t treat himself, so that could be why Bridget is being included out of the blue.
There’s the potential for Steffy to get injured as well, but the point is Bridget’s expertise will be needed soon enough. Bridget may have to step up and hopefully save the day. She could become the hero after the action takes a horrible turn and creates a “Sinn” nightmare.
It’s certainly nice to see Bridget again – and it’s great that this storyline could give her an opportunity to shine. Bridget is a fantastic doctor who deserves the chance to prove it by taking charge of some incoming trauma.
The show could use a few shakeups to keep things interesting, so Bridget’s return is a welcome one. It’s happening just in time for the big twist that’s been promised, so Bridget is sure to be a key player in the aftermath at the hospital.
