The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) sister may show up in Los Angeles, so this could lead to Diana Carter’s shocking big reveal. Let’s look at some intriguing dialogue clues and try to predict where the story’s headed next.
In the November 1 episode, Finn witnessed some of Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) typical bickering at the office. After Finn gushed over how hilarious it was, Steffy bet he was glad that he didn’t have an annoying little sister.
“No, that wouldn’t be so bad,” Finn admitted. “I kinda feel like I missed out on the whole sibling rivalry thing.”
Of course, Finn has siblings he’s never met thanks to Sheila – and one of them just might be headed to B&B!
Although Sheila previously insisted that none of her other children wanted anything to do with her, perhaps something changed. Finn may not be Sheila’s only shot at bonding with a child anymore.
Regardless, a new character is coming on canvas soon, so it seems likely Steffy’s “annoying little sister” comment will come true for her husband. Finn’s line about a sibling rivalry may come into play if he doesn’t get along with his younger sis.
There’s a good chance B&B will bring an adult version of Diana Carter to the show. Diana was born in 2003, but the writers might adjust that birthday and age Sheila’s daughter up just a bit.
If Diana is on her way to LA, there’s a ton of dramatic potential here. Since Massimo Marone (Joseph Mascolo) was supposedly Diana’s father, that makes her Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) half-sister since they shared the same bio dad.
In other words, Diana will be related to both Finn and Steffy if she comes into the picture. It’d be great to see Finn have more family on canvas, especially after that dialogue we mentioned. It could be a case of Finn needing to be careful what he wishes for!
Diana could easily have a devious streak in her – just like her twisted mother. Finn somehow turned out to be a wonderful man despite Sheila’s evil genes, but maybe Li Finnegan (Naoma Matsuda) was just such an amazing adoptive mom that it balanced things out.
Bottom line, there are signs that Finn’s younger sister may be taking center stage soon. Whether she turns out to be Diana Carter or not, the CBS soap may be ready to unleash a new sibling rivalry!
