The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Friday, December 23, reveals that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) shared a warm moment by the Christmas tree with Eric Forrester (John McCook) before Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) and Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) interrupted with cooking updates.
Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) showed up next – followed by Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) and Paris Buckingham (Diamond White).
Eric delivered the news that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) might not make it to the holiday bash, so Brooke hoped he wasn’t staying away because of her.
Pam piped up that Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) would want Brooke and Ridge to be together since they were soulmates.
Next on Friday’s B&B episode, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) arrived bearing gifts and got a hug from Katie.
Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) all came running in afterward – and then it was Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) turn.
Liam struggled to get inside since he was carrying so many presents.
After Charlie and Pam talked about their upcoming cabin getaway, Eric reflected on how proud Stephanie would be of them all gathering like this.
Once Eric said they should eat, drink and be merry, they got the party started.
Carter and Katie wound up under the mistletoe, so they talked about entering a new year full of new possibilities.
Katie hinted about being with someone who would take very good care of her heart and kissed Carter.
When it was time for some holiday speeches, Zende said he was grateful for the special people in his life and for second chances.
Paris agreed that when it was written in the stars, it always fell into place.
After Paris and Zende kissed, Carter talked about finding clarity and forgiveness over the past year.
Once Carter expressed gratitude for his chosen family, he looked forward to seeing what the new year would bring.
Katie reflected on miracles and was so happy they were all in such a good place. Hope also piped up about positive role models for the children, especially Liam.
After Liam praised the kids, he suggested they were a reminder to stay open-hearted and just look for the joy that was already there.
Brooke felt lucky to have life-long friendships and her family to lean on.
Once Brooke said she was grateful to have each and every one of them in her life, someone opened the door behind her.
Ridge entered in slow motion and earned a smile as he locked eyes with Brooke.
Everyone was glad Ridge decided to show up, but there were whispers of speculation as he stepped aside for a moment alone with Brooke.
Ridge didn’t want to overstay his welcome, but Brooke assured him that he didn’t need to rush off.
However, Ridge said he had work to do and knew he should learn how to be more direct.
After Ridge admitted he should’ve believed in Brooke, he insisted that he indeed did believe in her.
Although Ridge knew Brooke had sworn off men for now, he seemed glad to clear the air.
Charlie and Pam snuck upstairs before Charlie used his new fishing rod to dangle mistletoe.
Since it would be rude to deny the magic of it, Brooke agreed to follow tradition and shared a quick kiss with Ridge.
After some party games, Douglas played Jingle Bells on the piano with Eric while gifts were exchanged.
Eric led everyone in singing Deck the Halls as they gathered around to conclude this holiday episode.
