The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Jack Finnegan (Ted King) may save Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) from unhinged Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Will Finn’s dad come to the rescue?
Let’s consider what we know so far. B&B spoilers confirm Ted King will indeed reprise his role as Jack Finnegan this summer, so it’s just a matter of when he’ll first pop up and why.
At the moment, Li is still on the outs with Jack over the secrets he kept, but now she’s keeping a big one of her own. Li still hasn’t told Jack that Finn survived, so that’s going to come as quite a shock eventually.
However, there’ll be some other drama beforehand since Sheila’s on the verge of escaping and tracking down Li’s hideout. That means Sheila will get confirmation that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is alive and fly into a rage over Li’s decision to keep this from her.
Finn will still be unconscious at that point, so Sheila’s focus will mostly be on ripping into Li for her deception. Sheila has been suffering ever since she pumped that bullet in Finn and mistakenly assumed she ended her own son’s life as a result.
Of course, Li won’t think she owed Sheila the truth considering she’s the one who put Finn in this awful situation. Sheila will continue to protest that it was an accident, but she was still aiming a gun at Finn’s wife when this went down.
Finn saved Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that night – at least until Sheila fired another bullet anyway and put her in a coma! Now we may be gearing up for a “like father, like son” moment where Jack comes to Li’s rescue next.
After Sheila and Li get into a heated confrontation, Finn will stir awake and give them both a shock. Nevertheless, Sheila will get back to the business of blasting Li during the week of June 20-24.
That could mean Finn will lose consciousness again and give Sheila another opportunity to unleash her fury. Finn is in bad shape and can’t protect Li right now, but Jack might be in the prime position to save Li from Sheila.
One way or another, Jack may burst in and stop Sheila’s vengeful attack. It’d be a great way to reintroduce Jack to the canvas, so let’s hope he indeed rides to Li’s rescue!
