The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, August 8, teases that the John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) separation she faced will enraged Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will face backlash for her son’s faked death, so some great drama is on the way.
B&B fans know Finn put Li on speakerphone while he was in Monaco with Steffy.
Since Steffy was still on cloud nine with her husband, she obviously didn’t want to kill the mood.
That was a time to celebrate and thank Li since she’s the reason Finn survived at all.
Although Steffy will remain unbelievably grateful, she’ll also have questions that only Li can answer.
Steffy doesn’t understand why Li wouldn’t clue her in on something as huge as her husband being alive.
Li went as far as faking a death certificate and just kept delaying the memorial service when Steffy asked.
There were so many chances for Li to come clean, but she kept her mouth shut and allowed Steffy to mourn.
As Steffy moves past the shock and awe of getting Finn back, anger will bubble up.
While visiting everyone at Forrester Creations, Steffy will get a chance to confront Li with Finn by her side.
Finn obviously finds it tough to feel anything but appreciation when it comes to what Li did.
Steffy, on the other hand, feels betrayed and will be sure to let her mother-in-law know it!
This showdown will continue on Tuesday’s episode, but look for Steffy to first corner Li on Monday, August 8.
The tension will explode on Steffy’s end, so Finn’s efforts to keep the peace may fail initially.
Other B&B spoilers say Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will try to make sense of what’s in his heart.
It’ll be hard for Ridge to keep his mind off Monte Carlo and the steamy kiss he shared with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) there.
However, Ridge may realize he perhaps overreacted to Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) selfie with her parents.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) may clear the air about Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) showing up unannounced at Forrester Creations and apologize for how it looked.
Ridge will struggle to get a grip on his emotions since he’ll feel his heart pulling him toward both Brooke and Taylor.
Although Ridge moved back in with Brooke not too long ago, he’s having trouble fully recommitting – and Taylor is no doubt a big reason why.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke will surely be livid when she finds out about that Monaco lip lock down the road!
