The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, January 17, tease that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will reject Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and throw her ex-lover out of the house. Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will also push Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to keep a secret, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Deacon can’t stop thinking about kissing Brooke on New Year’s Eve, so he just broke her rules by barging in the house.
Brooke insisted Deacon couldn’t be there, but he just had to tell her how he really feels.
That led to Deacon having an awfully intense moment with his former flame. He declared that he loved Brooke – that he always had and always would!
Of course, this certainly isn’t what Brooke wants to hear right now, so she’ll be exasperated with Deacon once Monday’s B&B episode rolls around.
Brooke has enough to worry about since she’s trying to keep Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) in the dark on what happened that fateful night.
Brooke will urge Deacon to get any notion of them being together out of his head and will order him out of the house once again.
Deacon will reluctantly leave, but he’ll stand by his undying love and perhaps argue that Brooke knows where to find him.
Deacon will hold out hope that he can still have a future with Brooke after “Bridge” crumbles – and her marriage could indeed fall apart once her deception is exposed.
Speaking of deception, Hope will push Liam to keep quiet about something – especially when it comes to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Hope won’t want Liam to blab about Brooke’s relapse and may argue that Steffy will find some way to spin it in her own mother’s favor.
Liam may doubt that Steffy would do that, but he’ll probably go along with Hope’s request anyway.
Liam will get that there’s a lot of history between Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), so that’s a big worry for Hope at the moment.
Hope doesn’t want Taylor pouncing on Ridge while Brooke is on such shaky ground.
Steffy doesn’t know exactly what’s going on with Brooke just yet, but she fears another scandal and doesn’t want Ridge dragged into it.
You can bet Steffy will keep rooting for a Taylor and Ridge reunion, so she’ll make more waves as a result.
