The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, May 23, teases that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will save Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) from spiraling – and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will demand justice for John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
B&B fans know Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) offered some heartbreaking updates to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
When Taylor met up with Ridge at the office, she mentioned that Liam and Steffy were breaking the news of Finn’s death to the kids.
Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) is too young to grasp his dad’s demise, so he at least won’t be emotionally scarred.
Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay), on the other hand, will be crushed over losing her stepfather.
Finn meant a lot to Kelly, so she’ll need to rely on Liam as she copes.
Of course, Steffy also needs someone to lean on, so Liam will once again serve as her rock.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy’s grief will really start to take a toll on her.
Now that Steffy remembers everything that happened and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) has been thrown behind bars, all that’s left to do is mourn.
Steffy will finally have a chance to sit with the loss, so she’ll be devastated over the future she was robbed of.
Fortunately, Liam will assure Steffy that he’s not going anywhere and will help her through this.
Just having this steady source of support will mean the world to Steffy and keep her from completely spinning out.
Next, Li will be incensed over Sheila’s role in the double alley shooting. Sheila shot her own son and then shot Steffy to stop her from calling 911.
Li will hear the whole ugly story and find it absolutely despicable – though she’d definitely never refer to Sheila as any kind of a mother to Finn.
The only good part of all this is that Sheila is locked up where she belongs!
Li will insist that justice must be served and will hope that Sheila pays the maximum price for her actions.
As for whether Li might have a secret or two, time will tell.
It’s still possible that Li is keeping Finn’s survival under wraps, so that’s something to think about as this storyline moves along.
