The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, September 19, tease that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will have a doomed romantic surprise in store while Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) deals with Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) demand.
Now that Brooke has assured Ridge that she only loves him, she’ll want to show him just how much. Brooke feels like she’s making progress with Ridge and will hope to build on that with a special evening together – just the two of them.
While Ridge is out, Brooke will plan a lovely night and hope it’ll be exactly what they need. If Brooke can get Ridge to fully recommit to their marriage, that could go a long way toward easing her mind about Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) threat.
However, Brooke is already trying to tell herself that her foundation with Ridge is strong. Despite Taylor, Thomas and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) repeated interference, Brooke wants to believe her romance with Ridge can withstand anything.
Unfortunately, B&B spoilers say Brooke’s romantic night won’t go exactly how she expects. Steffy is determined to stop Brooke from pulling Ridge any closer, so she’ll take steps to prevent this bonding opportunity soon.
In the meantime, Ridge will have an angry demand for Thomas. It looks like Thomas will once again ramble about how Ridge belongs with Taylor.
Ridge can tolerate all the Taylor talk since he really does love her too, but he won’t be down for more Brooke bashing. Once Thomas starts trashing Brooke again, Ridge will push his son to clam up and back off.
Since Ridge is a grown man, he’ll think Thomas needs to let his father handle his own love life. Ridge will make it clear that he loves Brooke and wants to be with her, so he’ll apparently demand that Thomas accept his wishes.
Of course, Thomas and Steffy could never support Ridge settling for Brooke when he could have the amazing Saint Taylor! Even if Thomas agrees to stand down, he’ll still end up scheming with Steffy later.
