The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will yell at Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) for revealing Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) betrayal. Ridge will blame the messenger in a heated faceoff, but Taylor will push her ex to accept what happened.
After Steffy spills all the Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) drama and offers security footage proof, Taylor will be deeply disappointed in Brooke.
Taylor will hate thinking that Brooke went behind Ridge’s back like this, but the evidence will be impossible to deny.
Since Steffy will be so riled up and ready to rumble, she won’t be in the right frame of mind to deliver this news to Ridge.
Taylor won’t like the idea of Steffy angrily dropping this bomb, so she’ll opt to drop it herself.
As a therapist who usually knows how to keep her cool under pressure, Taylor will think Ridge would be better off hearing this shocker from her instead.
Of course, Steffy probably won’t mind as long as Ridge learns the truth.
Steffy may even like the idea of Taylor telling Ridge what went down since her endgame is to reunite her parents.
This could be step one in bringing Ridge and Taylor together as far as Steffy’s concerned.
Even so, there’s just no easy way to say this. B&B spoilers say Taylor will break the news as gently as possible, but Ridge will still struggle with what he hears.
As Ridge tends to do, he’ll immediately start making excuses for Brooke. Ridge will act like there must be some mistake and will end up losing his temper.
There’ll be some tense moments as Ridge lashes out at Taylor, who’ll fire back since this isn’t her fault.
Taylor will just want Ridge to face the truth: that Deacon spent the night at Brooke’s house on New Year’s Eve and has been lying to him for weeks.
Taylor will feel like Brooke has a pattern of screwups and deception that needs to be acknowledged.
In the end, Ridge will indeed have to accept that Douglas saw Brooke kissing Deacon and that Deacon stayed overnight.
From there, Ridge will want to get some answers from Brooke and unleash his wrath on Deacon as well.
