The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will grill Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) over a Child Protective Services visit. Douglas Forrester’s (Django Ferri) welfare will be investigated, so Ridge will find himself wondering if Brooke called CPS.
Brooke expressed concern over Thomas having that knife around Douglas and using it to peel that apple.
Thomas then waved the knife in Brooke’s direction – and things will only escalate in the September 26 episode.
After Brooke becomes terrified for her own safety, she’ll relay the news of this scary encounter to Ridge.
We’ll also see Ridge land in a tricky situation at the Forrester mansion, where some CPS officers will arrive to check on Douglas’ welfare.
B&B spoilers say Ridge will rush to Thomas’ defense during the week of September 26-30 and argue that he’s a perfectly safe father.
However, the fact that this Child Protective Services visit even happened will worry Ridge.
After Ridge calls Brooke and gives her a chance to confess, it seems she’ll deny any involvement.
Ridge will mention that CPS showed up and ask if Brooke has anything to say about it, so she’ll insist she doesn’t.
Of course, it’s possible Brooke will just be cagey about what she did, but it’s also possible someone else alerted CPS to trouble.
Although Ridge will remember Brooke threatening to call CPS at one point, he’ll want to believe she’s innocent here.
As for Thomas, he’ll lash out and presumably think Ridge is wrong to buy Brooke’s side of the story.
This whole thing may have Brooke written all over it as far as Thomas is concerned.
All the CPS chaos will create even more Forrester-Logan hostility and could make all the custody drama even worse.
Ridge will feel rather caught in the middle of the mayhem as he tries to figure out the facts.
We’ll see Ridge take drastic action to get to the truth, so stay tuned to see what he discovers.
