The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) may kiss Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and cross the line as his obsession takes over. B&B has been offering some warning signs about the road Thomas is headed down, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) was alarmed when she found out Hope had been staying over at the Forrester mansion with Beth Spencer (River Davidson) on certain nights.
It was yet another example of how Thomas has pulled Hope into his orbit.
Of course, Thomas also co-parents Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) with Hope, so she’s always checking in and making sure they’re on the same page.
This whole Douglas mansion move seems to have brought Hope closer to Thomas since she’s repeatedly defended him as a father.
Hope and Thomas work together on the Hope for the Future line as well, so Brooke was right about how interwoven their lives are.
The more time Hope spends with Thomas, the more likely It becomes that Thomas will misread signals and make a big mistake.
Hope recently walked in on Thomas shirtless at the office, so that brought some awkwardness.
The October 5 episode also brought some close moments where Hope brushed against Thomas and seemed flustered.
Hope even stared at Thomas on her way out the door, but what’s Hope really feeling?
Are actual sparks flying or is Hope just concerned that everyone might be right about the growing danger here?
There may be a bit of an inner battle going on since Hope can’t forget Thomas’ creepy history, but she also wants to believe he’d never cross the line again.
Hope may be confused as she tries to fight the fear that’s rising up.
It’s possible B&B will take the route of a legitimate “Thope” romance, but that doesn’t line up with all the alarm bells they’ve been trying to set off regarding Thomas.
It just feels like the show’s setting the stage for Thomas to cause problems again – especially since he has to be the one who really made the CPS call with a voice changer app.
With all that in mind, the next logical step is for Thomas to assume Hope’s feeling what he’s feeling and plant a kiss.
Hope may end up pulling away and realizing it was a bad idea to let Thomas push the boundaries so much.
