The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 4, teases that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will tell an altered version of events – and temptation will hit hard now that her sobriety has gone out the window.
At home, Brooke will keep staring at that vodka bottle wondering how it all went wrong!
Brooke hadn’t even thought about drinking in quite some time, so she finds it odd that she wanted to drink out of the blue.
Of course, B&B fans know Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is the reason Brooke fell off the wagon.
Thanks to Sheila’s label switch, Brooke drank real Champagne on New Year’s Eve. That lowered Brooke’s inhibitions and led to her downing vodka shots with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
Now Brooke’s going to wrestle with whether she should tell Ridge about those down shots.
Brooke will also contemplate how much she should divulge about her evening with Deacon, which went off the rails with that kiss and time in the bedroom.
Brooke didn’t actually make love to Deacon, but they did sleep in the same bed.
Brooke will know it’ll be tough to explain any of this to Ridge and would make his hatred of Deacon even worse.
That’s not good for Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), so Brooke will be overwhelmed by the mess she’s stuck in.
As a result, Brooke’s battle with the bottle will be back on. She’ll struggle to avoid taking another drink since it’ll seem like an easy way to cope with her problems.
Brooke will at least feel like it’d offer some liquid courage, but Ridge might come back downstairs before she can take another sip.
Ridge will once again sense that something’s going on with Brooke, who’ll have to make a decision about how much to reveal.
It looks like Brooke will mention that something happened with Deacon at her place, so Ridge will put her through a difficult grilling session.
Nevertheless, Brooke won’t offer the complete picture for now.
Brooke will bend the truth and omit some facts, but she’ll definitely confess about the drinking part toward the end of the week.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke’s world will indeed turn to shambles soon – just like Sheila predicted!
