The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, January 12, tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have a divorce plan for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), but Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will opt out. Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) will also fear Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) might have a hidden agenda, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
When Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) stopped by the cliff house, she wanted to make herself crystal clear with Taylor and Steffy. Hope knows Ridge and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) have a lot of drama to work through right now, so she doesn’t like the idea of Taylor viewing it as an opportunity.
Instead, Hope feels like Taylor and Steffy need to respect the boundaries of Brooke’s marriage to Ridge. She pushed for space since Ridge already made his choice when he married Brooke.
Of course, Steffy doesn’t seem to think that choice is final! She suggested that whatever Ridge decides to do in the long run is up to him, not Hope and Brooke.
As Steffy reflects on this confrontation in Wednesday’s B&B episode, she’ll fume over Hope having the nerve to come over there and take charge of Ridge’s love life. Steffy will urge Taylor not to listen and will want her mom to follow her heart back to Ridge.
Taylor may argue that Hope was right about Ridge making his choice, but Steffy will think he just needs someone to pull him back in the right direction – namely Taylor. Steffy will feel like Ridge won’t be able to resist their familiar connection if Taylor puts up a true fight for him.
However, Taylor won’t want to be the one to blow up Ridge and Brooke’s marriage. She may feel like it’d be different if it blew up on its own, but she’ll refuse to interfere when Ridge is obviously trying to keep “Bridge” afloat.
Taylor and Steffy don’t know the extent of everything Ridge and Brooke are dealing with right now, but Steffy will keep rooting for a “Tridge” reunion no matter what!
Over with Paris, she’ll wonder why Zende was so keen on working out this surprise with her mom. Paris was thrilled to see Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) again, but she’ll worry Zende’s hoping to put pressure on her and lock in a future.
It’s sort of working since Grace indeed wants Paris with a fine young man like Zende, though Paris will remain drawn to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) in the coming weeks. For now, Paris will question Zende’s motives and struggle to make sense of her complicated love life.
