The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will confess his true feelings to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), so Y&R will finally give this hot couple a real shot. Ever since the show first teased Sally and Adam as a potential duo, they’ve had lots of fan support.
Sally doesn’t judge Adam for his past mistakes and understands what it’s like to have infuriating enemies.
These two are both underdogs who really get each other and want to lift each other up.
Some might say Sally is too wild for the new-and-improved Adam, but he’d be bored otherwise.
Adam needs a woman with some spice – and Sally certainly has plenty of that.
Besides, Sally has also tried to be a new-and-improved version of herself.
After all the drama with Summer Newman-Abbott (Hunter King) cost Sally her job at Fenmore’s, Sally worked hard to find success at Newman Media.
The fashion platform may be gone, but Sally has another chance at the company itself thanks to Adam recognizing her drive and talent.
When Adam offered Sally a new job, it felt like a turning point and led to a particularly close moment between them.
Y&R went back and forth on who they wanted to pair Adam up with for a while, but now he seems to be going all in on Sally – and it’s arguably the right choice.
Sally and Adam have tons of great chemistry, so the show might as well capitalize on that.
During the week of February 7-11, Adam will confess he wants Sally as much as she wants him.
Sally’s jaw will drop over that admission since Adam will be saying everything she’s been hoping to hear.
It’ll be a dream come true for Sally, but Adam won’t make it quite that easy! Sally will fear the worst when she hears the “but” that follows.
Adam may throw some rules at Sally when it comes to any romance that might happen.
Adam might worry this will end in disaster and blow up their working relationship, but Sally won’t be afraid.
Sally will want to fight her way out of the friendzone, but there’s also the matter of Chelsea and how she might take the news.
Although Adam made it clear he didn’t want a future with Chelsea, he might fear Sally could become a target if they rub a romance in Chelsea’s face.
Adam won’t want to hinder Chelsea when it comes to her recovery and moving on.
Plus, Adam has Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) to think about since his son is such a big “Chadam” shipper.
There’s nothing more important to Adam than Connor, so Adam will have to keep all this in mind.
Even so, Sally will feel confident they can make this work if Adam will fully surrender.
Will Adam cave in and try a real romantic relationship with Sally?
