Sally was initially a bit concerned about Adam’s plan to push Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) together again.
Although Sally was intrigued by the idea, she also feared there’d be no coming back from it if they were exposed.
This is the kind of thing that could really push Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) over the edge.
After paying half a billion dollars and spending months trying to get rid of Ashland, Victor isn’t going to be pleased if he finds out Adam and Sally are playing Cupid!
Sally and Adam are trying to keep their plot under wraps, but the secret could still explode. Could this be what finally gets Adam and Sally fired?
At this point, the Newman Media drama feels rather stale.
Sally and Adam aren’t really accomplishing anything – and that’ll continue to be the case if Victor exposes their matchmaking scheme.
Where’s the fun in watching Sally and Adam keep losing?
This could be the prime opportunity for Adam and Sally to go out on their own with a new company.
Adam could help Sally launch some fashion lines and find a way to incorporate all his ideas as well.
Sally vowed to support Adam no matter what, so that should still be true if they both get fired over this risky plan.
Perhaps Adam and Sally could choose to make lemonade out of lemons and enjoy a new beginning.
The Newmans haven’t given Adam the respect he deserves, so why shouldn’t he pave his own way and respect himself with Sally by his side?
Adam wants a total takeover of Newman Enterprises, but maybe he’ll have to shift his strategy.
Perhaps Adam could end up becoming a fierce competitor after breaking away from the Newmans instead.
Since the writers seem reluctant to put Adam back on the Newman throne, having him go up against Victoria on a different throne might be the next best thing.
