The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will meet Allie (Kelsey Wang), but will Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) granddaughter become a friend or foe? Let’s consider the circumstances and try to figure out what Sally’s relationship with Allie might look like.
Of course, Allie’s personality will be an important factor here. It seems like Allie will be a pretty open-minded person since she’ll end up moving to Genoa City.
That suggests that despite any issues that come during Allie and Jack’s initial meeting, they’ll get past them.
That also means Allie is someone who’s willing to focus on the future, which could work out in Sally’s favor.
Since Allie is going to be a new love interest for Noah Newman (Rory Gibson), it’d be interesting if she indeed befriended Sally.
Y&R fans will recall how Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) tried to take pity on the lonely redhead, but Noah acted like it was a bad idea to have anything to do with Sally at all.
The show’s established that Noah is wary of Sally due to her treatment of Summer Newman (last played by Hunter King) and all her other misdeeds.
We might see Noah advise against pursuing a friendship with Sally, but that doesn’t mean Allie will listen.
A Sally and Allie friendship would also be intriguing since Sally once had a romance with Jack.
There’s the potential for things to get complicated since Jack is Allie’s grandfather – and complicated is always a good thing when it comes to soapy drama!
However, it’s possible Allie will listen to the advice she’ll inevitably get from Noah and perhaps Jack.
In that case, Allie might be suspicious of Sally and make an enemy out of her. Sally could use a new foe now that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) isn’t feuding with her all the time.
Maybe Allie could slide in that top rival spot and make trouble for Sally sooner or later.
Regardless, Genoa City isn’t that big, especially as far as the Newmans and Abbotts go, so it won’t be long until Allie crosses paths with Sally and gets an introduction.
