The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, September 29 Recap – Victoria Warns Nick About Adam – Elena & Nate Separate

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, September 29, teases that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will reveal a Costa Rica trip for Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) while Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) secret spreads.

At Crimson Lights, Sally will admit to Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) that things have taken a personal turn with Nick.

After Sally confirms she means a “very intimate” change, she’ll also divulge that it’s happened more than once.

Chloe will warn that Sally isn’t doing herself any favors by hooking up with the boss and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) brother. Plus, Chloe will know Adam isn’t out of Sally’s system yet.

Sally will confess that Adam suspects something is going on, so Chloe will know he’s not going to handle it gracefully.

Chloe will seem concerned about Sally getting her heart broken again, but Sally will suggest she just needs time to figure things out.

At Newman Enterprises, Adam will keep pushing for a straight answer about whether Nick is sleeping with Sally.

Nick will argue that jealousy isn’t a good look on his brother, but Adam will think Nick is the rebound guy here.

The fact that Nick won’t deny sleeping with Sally will tell Adam everything he needs to know.

After Adam rants about Nick taking advantage of the situation, he’ll note that there are thousands of other women in town.

Adam will fume over Nick choosing Sally, but Nick will counter that not everything is about Adam.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will interrupt soon after, so Adam will suggest Nick can fill her in along with Sally.

As Adam exits, he’ll bet money that Nick’s going to see Sally again tonight.

Nick will act like this is no one’s business, but Victoria will think they just made it her business and will grow worried about Adam lashing out.

Victoria will also fret over Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) reaction to Nick getting romantically involved with Sally – not to mention how Summer will feel about it.

Nick will argue that this is not for public consumption, but Victoria will insist everything has a way of coming out.

However, Victoria will just want Nick to really consider what he’s doing.

If this is a passive-aggressive attack on Adam or Nick just likes playing with fire, Victoria will urge him to remember that it’ll affect the company and family.

Once Adam corners Sally at Crimson Lights, Chloe will refuse to leave them alone.

Adam will need to hear the truth from Sally, so she’ll finally blurt out that something indeed happened with Nick.

That said, Sally will warn that Adam doesn’t get an opinion on it – nor does she owe him an explanation.

After Sally stomps off, Chloe will decide she should be thanking Adam for pushing too hard and making Sally run in the opposite direction.

Sally will make it back to her suite at The Grand Phoenix, so Nick will eventually show up at her door and step inside to kiss her passionately.

At the Abbott house, Kyle will give Summer a straw hat as a clue about a surprise.

After a little buildup, Kyle will reveal that they’re taking a honeymoon to Costa Rica after their vow renewal.

That news will delight Summer before they’re joined by Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) downstairs.

Harrison will confirm that he got excited about a dream he had, and he’ll be excited over the do-over wedding tomorrow as well. Summer, Kyle and Harrison will bring it for a group hug.

At the penthouse, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will reveal that she booked a room at The Grand Phoenix and still feels they need time apart.

Now that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is so blinded by greed and ambition, Elena won’t like who he’s becoming and will hope this separation leads to a solution.

Nate will just want Elena’s love and support, but he’ll guess that’s too much to ask.

After Nate decides this separation is for the best, Elena will gather up her things.

Once Elena’s ready with her luggage, Nate will suggest it’s not like this is forever.

Elena won’t respond to that, but she will tell Nate she loves him before she goes.

When Elena hints that she wishes things could’ve been different, Nate will wish that, too.

Next on Thursday’s Y&R episode, Elena will get settled in her suite and cry on the bed.

Back with Nate, he’ll sigh as he pours himself a drink and looks at photos of himself with Elena.

Later, Victoria will run into Nate at Society’s bar.

Nate will admit his bad night has everything to do with Chancellor-Winters, but he’ll insist their arrangement stands.

After Nate clarifies there’s some conflict with Elena, he’ll wish he hadn’t told her about his plan.

Nate will add that Victoria shouldn’t worry since Elena would never spill the beans.

Victoria will advise Nate not to waste time justifying himself.

As far as Victoria’s concerned, Nate should just follow his path and stick to his convictions since that’s the only way to not have regrets.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria and Nate’s partnership is bound to hit some snags at some point, so stay tuned!
