The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, November 29, teases that Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will have a fierce defender while Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) gets some extra help. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will also deliver a warning, so here’s what Y&R fans can look forward to.
For starters, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will rush to Abby’s defense and hit Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) with an interrogation.
Since Victor will assume Chance is responsible for blowing up his marriage to Abby, he’ll want to know what Chance did wrong.
Chance may or may not go into the details of Abby’s betrayal with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).
That might be something Victor ultimately asks Abby about, but Victor will still manage to hold Chance at fault for creating emotional distance.
Meanwhile, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will continue to settle into his role as Newman Media’s newest CEO.
However, Nick will remain upset over Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) being kicked to the curb when her performance was perfectly fine.
Nate already acknowledged that Sally had innovative ideas and has been taking the initiative on various projects.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) still prefers to have Nate in the role, but Nick may warn that Nate’s got some big shoes to fill – and it’ll take more than hype.
Nate is less qualified than Sally and has proven he can turn on those he was previously loyal to.
Nick will force Nate to look at the reality of the situation and perhaps argue that trust must be earned – at least from Nick’s perspective.
Next, Chelsea will come clean to Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) about almost killing herself that fateful night on the rooftop.
Chloe will be horrified at the thought of nearly losing her BFF and will join forces with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to make sure Chelsea feels supported.
Chelsea is doing a lot better, but she’ll still run into some trouble on this path to a full recovery.
Fortunately, Billy and Chloe will do whatever they can to get Chelsea past any setbacks along the way.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will have all the help she needs, so she’ll continue to make progress.
