Billy thinks that they make a really great duo. Chelsea smiles as Billy is talking and it’s clear that she is even more smitten.
However, Billy seems to be referring to work while Chelsea thinks there is something more to his statement.

During the week of August 22, Chelsea will make a bold move. However, this bold move could also be a dangerous mistake.
Out of nowhere, Chelsea jumps toward Billy, grabs his face and plants a passionate kiss on his lips.
Of course, the preview doesn’t show Billy pushing Chelsea away. Billy is probably more stunned than anything at that moment.
The minute Chelsea pries her lips off of Billy, how will he react? After all, Billy is in a committed relationship with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Chloe Mitchell Jumps Into Action
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the preview clip also shows Chelsea and Chloe talking about Billy.
Chloe is alarmed that Chelsea is making another bad romantic choice.
Chloe warns Chelsea that she always gets sucked into drama when an Abbott man showcases his charms. Before it was Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and now it’s Billy.
However, Chelsea doesn’t seem to take Chloe’s warnings seriously. Chelsea tells Chloe that she’s not falling for Billy but of course the kiss belies that notion!
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What About Lily Winters?
Billy will have to make a decision about what to tell Lily. Does Billy tell Lily about Chelsea’s kiss?
If so, Chelsea could lose her job and Billy’s faithfulness could be questioned. Perhaps Billy tells Chelsea that the kiss can never happen again and stays quiet.
However, secrets never stay buried for long in Genoa City. Plus, Chelsea doesn’t loosen her grip on fixations very easily.
Instead of Chelsea realizing she made a mistake kissing Billy, she could just get more obsessed. So, we will have to stay tuned to see what happens next.
