It turns out 90 Day Fiancé star Biniyam Shibre is facing male pattern baldness and is getting a hair transplant and PRP treatment. The news came out when Modena Hair Transplant released a video on Instagram, detailing the work to be done on the MMA fighter.

When you are a public figure and an MMA fighter, getting bald isn’t an option. Biniyam, 32, is currently facing baldness and is getting a hair transplant to fix the problem.
90 Day Fiancé first met Biniyam in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2, when his now-wife, Ariela Weinberg, 32, traveled to Ethiopia to have their baby boy.
Meanwhile, more recently, the MMA fighter, dancer and singer has moved to the US. Here, he is trying to launch a career as an MMA fighter, and so far, has won all his fights.
Since we first met Ariela, she has been open about her beauty treatment, using Botox and fillers. Now, it’s Bini’s turn to get a beauty treatment.
In a video shared by @modenahairtransplant, the Ethiopian native can be seen to be getting a hair transplant.
The video is captioned, “It’s almost time for @biniyam_shibre hair transplant, who’s excited!”
About Biniyam’s hair replacement treatment
The video reveals Biniyam starting his hair restoration journey on a plan by Dr. Yazdan, using treatments such as PRP (platelet-rich plasma).
Meanwhile, the good doctor is seen giving Bini the PRP treatment, by injecting his scalp with his own blood, along with “some other medications” to promote his hair growth.
According to Dr. Yazdan, the treatment will help to slow down the TLC reality star’s progressive hair loss.
Meanwhile, over time, this is set to reverse the thinning of his hair. Biniyam’s doctor will look at his hair again in around six months’ time to work out how thick it will become after the PRP treatment.
Moreover, the caption told Instagram followers, “Stay tuned to get a look at our surgery day with Bini coming soon.”
At that time, the Ethiopian native will undergo additional surgery and a hair transplant to help his thinning hair.
It certainly seems like Biniyam has settled down well in the US and judging by his and Ariela’s Instagram posts, including a visit to Las Vegas, where the clinic is located. Moreover, the 90 Day Fiancé star is progressing well with his MMA career.
