And, without that evidence the head of the Zaragoza cartel could go free. They have to find some way to link Zaragoza to those murders.

Anthony stops by a smoke shop where a known perp, Freddie James committed a robbery last week, they didn’t have enough to hold him. Anthony speaks to one of the investigators and says he’s your guy. Anthony leave and goes outside, he sees Freddie James and goes over to him, he tells him that he has balls being there, Freddie says he had nothing to do with that guy getting killed.

Elsewhere, Janko and Watson are outside patrolling an anti cop rally when after getting pushed by one woman several times, Janko has no choice but to arrest her and the women falls to the ground and pretends to have been assaulted by Janko while people all all around video taping on their cell phones.

Jamie heads to the FDNY regarding the fire, he is partnering with them to find the arsonist, but they don’t want his help but agree to a joint investigation.

The woman who who claimed to be assaulted by Janko is all over the media, Frank says the evidence is inconclusive and Janko will remain on full duty. Just then, Janko arrives at Frank’s office, he tells Garrett and Sid to say. She says she is sure their is pressure to put her on modify duty, and she has to be for all their good.

She says she didn’t lose excessive force, so he says no. He made his decision. She says he goes out of his way not to show favouritism to anyone in the family, but the public doesn’t see that. He says he doesn’t give them special treatment but he will not condemn them for nothing.

Danny meets with Diego Rodriguez who says he respects his determination to keep in him in prison, his evidence is gone and he advises him to now let it go.

Anthony goes in to Erin, he says that he went by to see Matthew Lassiter, the guy who he helped with his dispensary licence, he is dead, he got shot in his store. No witnesses, but Anthony thinks Freddie James did it, and he wants time to make this right. Matthew lost three years of his life in jail for something that is legal now and all he was doing was trying to make an honest living, he can’t let this go. She says ok, catch him, fast.

Back to the warehouse, Jamie meets with the manager, Martin and he doesn’t want to talk, he just says the place needed major upgrades and nobody would listen. Bradley worked the night shift, he says the sprinklers didn’t go off, and it was a normal night.

Danny goes to see Moses who says he knows Diego Rodriguez is about to walk and he needs his help to keep him in prison. Danny says they saw him walk in there the day seven of his men were executed, Moses says it was business. Moses says there are rules to their business with the cartel, no cutting the product. Those who broke the rules, paid the price and Moses stays in business with the cartel.

Anthony wants an arrest warrant for Eddie James, but Erin won’t do it because there isn’t enough evidence.

She claims she is incapacitated by a neck injury. Frank says due to the lawsuit, the review board will review the excessive force allegation. Jamie speaks to Bradley again at the warehouse, he tells him that Martin was recently suspended for altering timecards, he was furious, making threats. He said they messed with the wrong guy and he felt like burning the place down.

Frank sits down with Henry about Janko for advice. Henry says he saw the body cam footage, the victim could win an Oscar. Henry says they should put surveillance on the victim, like Sid suggested.

Baez tells Danny that she can’t believe that he got Lopez to flip. Danny gets a call, they found Lopez dead in his cell, they are back to where they started. Danny says he should have seen it coming, he could have put him into solitaire or something.

Jamie meet with Martin at the station, he says he heard he was pretty upset about being suspended. He says one of his clerks was going through chemo and couldn’t make it, he punched their timecard and he would do it again. When he got promoted to supervisor there was another guy who thought he should get it, but he thought he was just blowing off steam.

Janko’s victim has a flat tire, she whips off the neck brace, gets on her knees and starts to change it, while being videotaped.

Erin goes in to see Anthony and asks him what he is going to do about Freddie James, he says nothing and she tells him not to give up.

Danny goes back to see Rodriguez who says prison is a violent place, he will miss Lopez, and anything he said to Danny is heresay. Rodriguez tells him that he should give up. Danny tells him that he will see him in court. Danny goes to leave and Rodriguez looks at a man seated nearby and gives him a nod.

Danny comes out of a deli, gets in his car and pulls away, and two SUVs follow him and Danny is aware. Danny stops near the water and bends down, two men get out of the vehicles and bullets start flying. Sirens are heard, one of the shooters gets shot while Baez rushes to the the car to check on Danny and is ok, he says she really took her time. Danny knew Rodriguez would put a hit on him.

Bradley is heading home from the warehouse, Jamie is there and says that he spoke to Martin, he knows that he wanted to be warehouse supervisor. Bradley admits that he was disappointed, he wanted his contribution to be recognized. Jamie says he got a warrant to search his vehicle and found the things he used to set the fire. Bradley thought he could put the fire out and be the hero. Jamie arrests him.

Freddie James walks into a store and pulls a gun on a woman and demands cash, she gives it to him and all of a sudden, Anthony comes out from behind, he set him up.

Danny is at the prison, just as Rodriguez is let go. Danny says the men he sent to kill him admitted that he put the hit on him. Danny tells him that he chose the wrong guy. Rodriguez is arrested again and Danny says it carries a twenty year minimum. Rodriguez tells him that it is a fight that he can’t win.

Janko is back to see Frank, she has been cleared by CCRB, all of a sudden the victim dropped the case like a hot potato. She knows Frank did it, the video on the victim, but Frank says he had nothing to do with it. Frank takes Eddie to see Henry and says she has good news, she has been cleared. Frank says someone took a video of someone changing a tire and reported it, and someone flattened the tire. Henry says back in the day if something was broken, you fixed it, and there was no need to talk about and make a fuss. He misses those days.
