Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, May 1, tease that Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will apologize to Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) for deceiving Hope Williams Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and causing the chain reaction that led to Shawn shooting his own father.
Shawn will continue to battle guilt since Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) remains in a coma, but Harris won’t think Bo would want Shawn to blame himself.
Even so, Shawn will struggle to get past his actions, especially since this has been so hard on Hope and Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal).
Days spoilers say Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will seek updates over the phone and try to comfort Shawn as well, but he’ll be drowning in guilt and sadness right now.
As Belle frets over Shawn back in Salem, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will make an insensitive comment that earns him a punch!
Days spoilers say Belle will attack EJ and warn him to stop being so cruel, so he’ll get that he crossed the line.
Next on Monday’s DOOL episode, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will mull over Bo’s microchip video with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little).
Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) could be seen alive and fleeing in that video, so Roman will hope they can somehow retrace her steps and figure out where she went.
Since Kate would’ve come back to Roman by now if she could, he’ll worry that she ran into some new trouble. Roman may fear the only logical explanation is that Kate’s being held captive again.
Days spoilers reveal that Kate indeed has a mysterious captor and is trapped on a fishing boat, so this is a nod to Lauren Koslow’s DOOL debut 27 years ago.
After Kate bargains with a henchman named Mauricio (Ramon Fernandez), she’ll agree to hand over her ring in exchange for his phone. Although Kate will try to get in touch with Roman, she’ll find that she can’t get the call to go through.
Back in Greece, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will get some amazing news. Kayla will let them both know that Kate is alive, so Chad will be especially overjoyed since Kate is like a mother to him.
