Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will show off his vengeful side once again. DOOL fans know Steve’s strangling attempt on Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was just an act – thought he no doubt enjoyed it!
However, Steve showed some restraint with Kristen in the end and set a recording trap for her instead.
With Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) help, Steve was able to get justice and seems satisfied with Kristen’s arrest.
That’s good news since all of Salem seems to have forgotten that Orpheus (George DelHoyo) was the real murder culprit.
Kristen has done despicable things, but charging her with these murders seems like a big stretch.
Even on the recording, Kristen admitted she didn’t want the women dead and never planned to withhold the orchid if they got sick.
It’s not Kristen’s fault someone stole her personal property, which she was willing to hand over in the end.
Orpheus is the one who launched this deadly mess, so he deserves to pay a steeper price than Kristen.
Days spoilers say Steve won’t rest until he makes Orpheus suffer the same way Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) did.
During the week of January 30-February 3, Steve will give Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) updates on a shocking plan.
Orpheus is already behind bars, but that certainly won’t be enough of a punishment in Steve’s eyes.
John and Roman may agree that Orpheus deserves to die, but they might also worry that the stakes are too high.
Targeting Orpheus at Statesville will be incredibly difficult and could result in Steve’s own arrest.
Roman and John may warn Steve that his kids can’t lose him right now, especially not so soon after Kayla’s death.
Days viewers know Kayla wouldn’t want Steve putting his own freedom on the line for revenge.
If Steve ends up going down for this, that’ll just be another loss for Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) to cope with.
Then again, John and Roman may ultimately be consumed by the same rage.
Maybe it won’t be too hard for Steve to get backup on this since Roman is grieving Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and John is heartbroken over Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Steve will undoubtedly want Orpheus dead as well.
It’s just a matter of how Steve can pull that off with Orpheus in the slammer.
Could Steve recruit Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) for a poison scheme or something along those lines?
Will Steve secretly break Orpheus out of prison with the goal of killing him elsewhere?
Regardless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve will apparently plot Orpheus’ murder and hope it all works out!
