General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will back Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) into a difficult corner. GH fans know family is important to Spencer, but he’s now in a situation where his loyalties are going to be tested.
On the March 31 episode, Sonny had a meeting with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) at the safe house.
That involved some talk about Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) disappearance and how they could find him.
Sonny knows Spencer is close to Victor, but he also feels his nephew has a good head on his shoulders.
Since Sonny has some influence here, he’ll hope he can convince Spencer to do the right thing and play for their team.
Of course, Spencer has been reluctant to believe Victor killed Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), but Sonny may meet with him and insist it’s true.
Victor also killed Deputy Mayor Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) and would love to kill Valentin, Anna and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) if given the chance.
Victor even wanted Laura Collins (Genie Francis) dead back when he was forcing Valentin to do his bidding, so how would Spencer feel if he knew Victor targeted his beloved grandmother like that?
Sonny may try to guilt-trip Spencer and argue that the blood of Victor’s future victims will be on his hands if he doesn’t cooperate.
Since Victor likely ordered the hit on Sonny, that may also become a factor for Spencer once the truth comes out.
The evidence may start piling up for Spencer and make him realize he’s made a deal with the devil!
Spencer is counting on Victor to help him with all the custody drama, but Victor is lying about his plans.
It’s clear that Victor would rather kill Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) than bother with the hassle of evidence and a trial.
However, Spencer’s betrayal could change everything if he goes against Victor and tries to set a trap for him.
Victor assured Spencer that Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) would stay in the Cassadine family fold, but that doesn’t mean he’ll stay with Spencer!
If Spencer betrays Victor, you can bet he won’t be getting that baby if Victor has anything to say about it.
Victor may take Ace for himself and could even launch a deadly retaliation against Spencer if he’s riled up enough.
After all, Victor was willing to kill Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) at one point, so he may be willing to kill Spencer, too.
Bottom line, Victor is the deadliest man in Port Charles, so Spencer could land in grave danger once his eyes are opened.
Sonny will push Spencer to turn against Victor soon, so he’ll force his nephew’s risky choice.
