General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will face a flood of difficult emotions once Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) secret is revealed. Trina has spent her entire life thinking Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) is her biological father, but that may not be the case at all.
Portia doesn’t know for sure, but there’s a good chance Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is Trina’s bio dad.
That’s especially true since Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) had that mysterious ancestry site hit in Port Charles.
There have been hints that Trina was Stella’s relative match, so all signs point to Curtis being Trina’s father.
Of course, blood doesn’t matter when it comes to Trina’s love for Taggert, who’ll always be her dad in every way that counts.
However, it’s bound to be incredibly upsetting when Trina finds out Portia kept quiet and manipulated the whole situation.
Trina may reject Curtis once she knows the truth – just from the overwhelming experience of it all.
Then again, getting lied to like this could help Trina and Curtis build on their current bond.
Regardless, the one thing you can bet on is that Trina will be livid with Portia.
Trina could easily cut Portia out of her life over a massive secret like this – at least early on.
We might also see an angry Trina who’s looking to hurt Portia back on some level.
Since Portia is so against Trina getting close to Spencer again, Trina might rebel against what her lying mother wants.
Curtis warned that if Portia tried to keep Trina away from Spencer, she could end up pushing her right into Spencer’s arms.
Portia might accidentally take things a step further if she pushes Trina into Spencer’s bed!
Trina might decide she’s done holding back when it comes to the chemistry explosion she feels whenever she’s in the same room with Spencer.
Perhaps Portia’s deception will lead to Trina’s character being a bit more unbridled when it comes to going after what she wants.
There could be part of Trina that wants to get back at Portia – and one way to do that may involve Trina sleeping with Spencer or at least considering the idea.
Naturally, there might be a moment where Trina and Spencer pump the brakes.
Before Spencer and Trina can actually do the deed, maybe one of them will realize their first time together shouldn’t be driven by revenge, pain or anything but how they feel for each other.
Even so, this GH wedding disaster is happening on Valentine’s Day, which seems like the perfect time for some “Sprina” developments, too.
There could be a kiss and perhaps a close bedroom call, so Trina and Spencer may make some updates to their complicated connection.
