General Hospital Spoilers: Willow’s C-Section Crisis – Baby Girl Arrives Under Dire Circumstances

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) baby needs to be born before her bone marrow transplant. Although Willow balked at the idea of a premature delivery at first, she eventually accepted Terry Randolph’s (Cassandra James) expert opinion and caved in.

It looks like Willow will be scheduled for a C-section and should go under the knife during the week of January 30-February 3.

GH spoilers say Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will serve as the nurse behind a patient’s surgery prep, so that patient will presumably be Willow.

Of course, Terry and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will continue to offer reassurance along the way.

It’s safer for the baby to be born ahead of the bone marrow procedure, so this is the best thing Willow can do for her unborn child right now.

Since Willow is over eight months along anyway, the risks are minimal. However, that probably won’t do much to ease Willow’s concerns once her C-section is set to begin.

Unfortunately, soaps often bring the worst-case scenarios. Despite the fact that this is supposed to be a pretty routine procedure, things could take a terrifying turn.

General Hospital spoilers say Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will get some troubling updates right around this time.

Michael may receive news about Willow’s condition or perhaps their baby’s condition that gives him a reason to be alarmed.

This certainly isn’t the simple full-term delivery that Willow and Michael had hoped for.

Michael and Willow’s dreams for this little one’s easy entrance to the world will go right out the window.

The situation will be dire since Willow’s running out of time – and the circumstances could get even worse if the baby’s born with some unexpected health issues.

Willow herself could also face complications since GH spoilers are hinting at some form of a medical crisis.

Michael and all Willow’s other loved ones will offer support, but there’ll definitely be some frightening moments.

Nevertheless, this C-section should bring the baby’s early arrival and put Willow a step closer to the bone marrow transplant that she so desperately needs.

General Hospital spoilers say Willow will have to hang onto hope as all the drama erupts, so stay tuned.
