The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that a huge twist could be coming up in the saga of who shot Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Back when the mystery was underway, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) had a concussion that he now assumes played tricks on his mind.
However, the writers may be the ones playing tricks here!
In the January 20 episode, there was a ton of emphasis on Liam originally thinking he shot Bill and how he nearly turned himself in.
Liam talked about how he could still see himself shooting Bill in his own mind.
Although Liam assumes it was a case of false memories, what if it wasn’t? What if Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) is the one with false memories instead?
It wouldn’t be the first time B&B rewrote a storyline and shifted things in a new direction.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) was supposed to get a terminal illness and legitimately seemed sick, but the writers bailed on that plan and made it so she faked the whole thing.
Now that they need a new twist to keep the drama going, maybe they’ll change the shooter mystery ending and go back to Liam as Bill’s attempted murderer.
Based on Liam’s ominous dialogue and interaction with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle), there’s a good possibility that’s where this story is headed.
Perhaps Liam will eventually get a huge shock and realize he was right to think he was guilty.
Liam pointed out that if it weren’t for Taylor, he’d probably still be blaming himself for pumping a bullet in Bill.
All the heat is on Taylor now that Bill is using the shooting as ammo to protect Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
However, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Taylor will make a confession to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) during the week of January 30-February 3.
Brooke already knows about Taylor’s supposed guilt in the shooting, so this confession will involve something else.
It’s even more interesting because spoilers indicate Taylor will specifically admit a crime to her new bestie.
Brooke will become privy to Taylor’s criminal actions, so could that involve a cover-up?
Did Taylor somehow figure out Liam was truly guilty and choose to hide it?
Taylor wouldn’t want Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) father turning himself in and going to prison, so there’s a chance she’s been sitting on the truth for quite some time.
Then again, there could be another explanation, but the main thing is that Liam could be revealed as the true shooter in the end.
If B&B writers make some updates to the shooter storyline and turn Liam into the real culprit, how will you feel about that?
