The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, February 21, tease that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will get involved in the Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) war that’s just erupted. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) feels the need to do what’s best for her nephew, but Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) feels like she’s trying to keep him from his son.
Once Steffy offers updates on Thomas’ surprise visit and why she rejected the idea, Taylor will do her best to play referee.
There’ll be another faceoff between Thomas and Steffy, so Taylor will hope to ease the tension between them before it gets any worse.
Of course, Taylor will be in a tight spot since it’s going to feel like she’s choosing sides.
However, Taylor will insist that she’s really in Douglas’ corner – and that’s what’s most important here.
Taylor may remind Thomas of his mistakes and point out that trust has to be rebuilt. Steffy is just trying to look out for Douglas and be the best guardian she can be right now.
Thomas may feel like Taylor and Steffy are ganging up on him, but Taylor might suggest there’s room for compromise.
Steffy isn’t banning Thomas completely, so Taylor may urge them to work out a visitation plan that works for everyone.
The main thing is making Douglas feel secure in his new home and preventing any more stress.
Thomas put a lot of pressure on Douglas by asking him to choose where he lived, so now Thomas will have to deal with the consequences of that.
Other B&B spoilers say Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will feel lost without Douglas at the cabin.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may reiterate that this arrangement is only temporary, but that won’t do much to make Hope feel better at the moment.
Hope will battle growing heartbreak the longer Douglas is away from her.
Although Liam will comfort Hope, it won’t be enough to keep her from falling deeper into this pit of despair.
Despite Liam’s attempts to stay positive and hope for good news regarding Douglas, Hope will remain worried that son may never want to come home.
