The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 8, indicates that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will be even more drawn to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) as she continues to cope with her separation from John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
Liam already urged Steffy to lean on him for support, but he’ll take things a step further when he makes a major confession.
Since Liam wishes he’d never given up on a future with Steffy, he’ll admit that and perhaps leave her with a torn heart.
There’s no denying that Steffy and Liam will always love each other, but Steffy may not be ready to throw in the towel on her marriage just yet.
That said, Steffy has serious trust issues when it comes to Finn, so she won’t know how they’re supposed to resolve those – especially when Finn doesn’t seem to understand how dangerous Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is anymore.
Other B&B spoilers say Finn will fixate on Liam’s meddling and decide it’s time to do something about it.
That’s why Finn will plan a trip to Spencer Publications, where he’ll eventually unleash his wrath and warn Liam to stay away from Steffy.
Liam obviously won’t be willing to do that, but Finn’s going to kick off this confrontation within the next episode or two and fight back anyway.
Meanwhile, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will blow his top once he gets updates on Finn embracing Sheila after she walked free at the courthouse.
Sheila’s involvement in Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) latest beach crisis certainly won’t be welcome news either.
Although Ridge will be grateful that Kelly is OK, he’ll hate the idea of Sheila using this situation to grow closer to Finn.
The fact that Steffy took the kids and moved in Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) place should surprise Ridge, but he definitely won’t blame Steffy for putting safety first.
Ridge will seethe over Sheila being a free woman and messing up Steffy’s marriage like this.
It’ll leave Ridge ready to rip into Sheila – and he’ll get his chance to do just that later this week.
