The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 22, teases that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will want to get a few things straight with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), who just implied that Hope’s feelings for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) could be a problem.
Of course, it’s rather insulting for Steffy to make assumptions about Hope’s partnership, especially considering Thomas’ obsessed lunatic history.
It’s totally unfair to even insinuate that Hope’s in the same category as Thomas.
So far, Hope has consistently shut down Thomas’ past romantic advances.
That’s something Hope may point out to Steffy along with a reminder about her commitment to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Steffy has been doing her best to trust in the changes Thomas has made, but she’s not showing much faith in her brother on this either.
Hope will shut down the notion that she’d ever cross the line with Thomas and may hope he’d know better than to try – at least now that he’s been given one last shot.
Even so, Steffy will remain a bit wary of Thomas and Hope’s collaboration.
Does that mean B&B writers will eventually let Hope have feelings for a man who was once fixated and out of control – or does Steffy have it all wrong?
Whatever the case, there’ll also be some special guests who get back in the action on Wednesday’s show, so let’s talk about some comings and goings news.
Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) and Lucy (Linda Purl) will return to town, so they’ll surprise Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and catch up with her at Forrester Creations.
Since Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) caused a ton of emotional turmoil and disappeared, Stephen will have a big problem with his former son-in-law.
Ridge’s family thinks he’s in Europe licking his wounds after Brooke and Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) double rejection, but he’s actually working with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and the FBI.
The plan is to stop Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) for good by scoring her murder confession, but Bill will have to work harder if he wants to lock one in.
Bill will decide that some relationship updates may be the solution, so he’ll intend to “prove” his love and devotion to Sheila with a marriage proposal.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill’s engagement ring will throw Sheila for a loop, so stay tuned to see her reaction to his wedding offer.
